Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Clean and close to historic downtown

My partner and I stayed on the bottom floor of one of these units. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was on stocked with the amenities we needed, especially the coffee! This location was within walking distance of the historic area And multiple restaurants.

Safe quiet area..excellent location walkable to all restaurants, attractions etc. Apt complex is beautifully landscaped, units arespotless, updated and very comfortable. A/C, humidifier and fans. Ample walk in shower. Kitchen is small but mighty we cooked multiple full meals, has everything you need. Communication with owner is excellent and very responsive.We have stayed here multiple times and high quality is consistent.

Walkablity is the key

Our third stay! The Flagler neighborhood is perfect.We park our car and don’t move it for the entire week.Restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museums, galleries, all within an easy walk, and we’re in our 70s.

The apartment was extremely clean and accommodating, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Only drove my vehicle once that’s to go to the outlet store and to an Asian restaurant for our anniversary. Most definitely will be back . Thank you .

Wonderful location

We had all the space and amenities we needed. We were so close to everything downtown we walked almost everywhere on our trip. Checking in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay at this property again.
