Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Wonderful location

We had all the space and amenities we needed. We were so close to everything downtown we walked almost everywhere on our trip. Checking in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The location was perfect for us, we could walk to most of the places we wanted to go! The apartment was beautiful and we felt safe and secure at all times! Perfect for two people. Inside of unit was clean and amenities were great. Location in perfect walking distance to everything in town.Owner was awesome to deal with. Very accommodating. ( would love to see an addition of a King bed for my next visit 😁)

Our stay in St. Augustine was terrific. The property was perfectly located, an easy five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the historic district with all of its attractions and great restaurants. Perfect location…. nice and quiet with everything we needed, and more. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and well appointed……we enjoyed coming back “home” after being out. Our host, Kirsten was available and helpful. We loved the few days we spent in St. Augustine and would gladly visit this property again! Thanks

Outstanding!

Overall, the place was fresh and clean and looked better than photos posted online. Landscaping was most inviting. Inside was immaculate. Bed and sofas were comfortable and relatively new. In a safe and clean neighborhood near Flagler U and a short walk to downtown activities. Everything we needed to make our stay just like home. We could not have been more impressed with the property!

Anniversary Get Away

The property is lovely. Clean, neat and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The property was well maintained and the parking is a premium!! Being as close to the old part of the city as we were, we could walk to all of the places. We would gladly stay here again.

An excellent value and location

If you're looking for a modern, clean, apartment within easy walking distance of King Street and Flaggler College, this is it! There's onsite parking, which is a huge deal in this area where parking is often an ordeal. Since it's a couple blocks away from the main part of historic St. Augustine, the price point is a bit lower than the fancier bed and breakfast places. For us, it was perfect, and we look forward to staying here again!

Another Great Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. GREAT location! All of historic downtown St. Augustine is within walking distance. For attractions a bit further, we brought our bikes and hade a wonderful ride or two! The property is fantastic. Clean, cozy and just perfect!
