Our posh and spacious loft-style apartment with exposed brick has a true big city feel surrounded by small-town charm. It comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is centrally located in Cookeville s Historic Westside District within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, and the train depot.
Built in 1927, the apartment is a comfortable fusion of historic charm with an urban vibe. With exposed brick, stylish lighting, hardwood floors, and modern, mid-century decor, the space has a cool, relaxed feel. The living area features a massive sectional surrounding a 60 inch flatscreen, and a separate sitting area beside the brick fireplace. The full-service kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite countertops, aside an eight-top dining bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed, tv and full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed below a loft with an additional 2 fulls, a tv and a full bath next door. Out back, guests enjoy a fenced patio area with cozy furniture perfect for relaxing.

Downtown loft in Cookeville

We stayed for weekend while moving our son into tech. Great place. Location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Graduation Weekend

This was the PERFECT stay for graduation weekend. The large open living space and kitchen was perfect for family to gather to eat following graduation and relax and visit. The area of Cookeville is perfect for shopping, eating and exploring local breweries. Only downside is parking, as there was barely room for our 1 vehicle. There are options for free parking around the area, you just need your patience cap on to find your way as it is a very busy area, at all times. Host was wonderful.

Beautiful home and just an all around great space. My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. We walked all over downtown Cookeville, central location! The owners went above and beyond for everything. Wish I could give more stars, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Open and spacious in great location.

My wife and I were here with our adult son to attend a wedding in Cookeville. We loved staying here especially with it being in the best location possible. We could easily walk to so many places downtown. Our reserved parking space was just a few feet from the door. The host communicated very well with us. We would stay here again

Lofty Heights in Cookeville

Location, Location, Location! Great place, great beds, great set-up. More importantly, within 100 yards of ice cream, three restaurants, Red Silo BC, and just down the road two blocks is best donut shop in Tennessee! Walking distance to TTU. Very much enjoyed our stay.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

I loved, loved, loved this place! I traveled here to visit family. Although I traveled alone, 2 of my relatives stayed overnight with me while others just visited. The space was amazing. It is so large and roomy and I felt right at home. I love big rooms. My family from the area loved the place too. The location was also great. Food, drinks, shopping, sightseeing, everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this place and hope that I can stay here again my next trip.
