If ease, style and comfort are top priorities for the your ski vacation, then look no further! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family condominium is located in the heart of Warm Springs at the base of Sun Valley's famous Bald Mountain. Wake up to sunrise over Baldy and start your day first on the lift, end it with a hot soak and cosy dinner as the Big Wood river lulls you to sleep.

The beauty of this condo is not only the location but the amenities that come with it. International Village offers a heated pool, parking permits for two cars directly next to the Warm Springs Lodge and is just steps away from the Warm Springs shuttle, providing easy access to free transportation all over the Valley. In the morning your ski commute door to lift is no more than 5 minutes, and that is if you stop for coffee!

Our 3-floor condominium features a recent renovation. On the first floor an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace features a full wall of windows and sliding glass door opening onto your private deck with a direct view of the Lower Warm Springs ski run. The first floor also contains a gear closet with a washer/dryer for all of your snow soaked ski hats and gloves.

The second floor features the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom. The Master boasts high ceilings, en suite bath, television, ample closet and dresser space and windows facing the Big Wood River and Baldy. A new down comforter and all new bedding will keep you warm during the Idaho nights. The Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, high ceilings, television, and closet space. The second floor bath contains a bathtub and shower to be shared with the 3rd bedroom if there is occupancy. Brand new bath and pool towels have been provided.

Our 3rd bedroom was designed with children or teens in mind. It features a bunk bed with trundle, easily sleeping 3 with ample room for more in sleeping bags on the floor.

We have loved this condo since our family purchased it in the early 70s. Our family has returned to Sun Valley to ski and enjoy the summer each and every year. It is perfect for a family with kids ready to ski Baldy, or couples looking for an easy ski getaway. You won't have to hassle with loading skis or looking for parking, just walk out the door! By day, the area is busting and fun. By night, quiet and calm.


We are looking for responsible renters who will take good care of the unit and appreciate its ease and comfort as they discover Sun Valley!

Such a great place and amazing location.

We enjoyed skiing and being so close to come back for lunch and dinner, followed by a swim in an amazingly warm pool. Absolutely loved our place and experience. We'll be back!

Great Ski Trip

We had a great stay at this property. It slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The condo has plenty of amenities and Andrew was extremely helpful. You can't beat the location if you are skiing at Sun Valley. We will be back.

Excellent Location Great Setup

Our family had a great ski vacation and loved being able to walk to and from warm springs chair with ease. The owners have furnished the condo with all the little details. The kitchen has everything you need. There are really nice pool towels and the pool is amazing. 102 degrees and view of the mountain. We look forward to staying there again.

My family and I were very impressed with our stay at warm Springs condo! This is one of the nicest and most equipped vacation rentals we have experienced, and the location cannot be beat, right next to the warm Springs lift. The views from the primary bedroom and living room of the mountain are fantastic. The communication was easy and quickly responded to. My kids loved the large, hot tub – pool! We hope to return, thank you for such a nice vacation!

Perfect ski condo at warm springs

This place was perfect for us. The pics do not actually convey how close the condo is to the challenger lift. It is right there! And the new warm springs lodge is right next door! Condo itself was very clean and comfortable. After a day of skiing the fireplace was perfect and you can sit with a beverage and watch the happenings on the slopes. Andrew was so nice and easy to deal with. We will be back! Thanks Andrew!

Best VRBO Experience Ever

Cant say enough good things about this place. If you are going to ski Sun Valley it doesn’t get much better—we were a 90 second walk from the lift. The unit was very clean and well stocked and was exactly as described in the listing. The real difference was the communication and flexibility provided by the owner. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but have never had this kind of prompt, thoughtful and accommodating communication. We visit Sun Valley every year to ski and this property will be at the top of our list from now on. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Experience, Fantastic Property

First, the booking process from start to finish was seamless. Andrew was responsive and helpful throughout. The listing was accurate and captured the positives of the decor and floorpan of the property, which is all fantastic. What was not advertised was just how nice everything in the property was. I have stayed in my fair share of ski condos and 9/10 times the furniture seems like a mixed matched set of what is left over to throw in the mountain house. Not this one. From the furniture to bedding (and even the towels and soaps) all would be what I would have in my primary home, let alone a property dedicated to short term rentals. For a family of 4 with kids, this was a welcomed experience and really made us feel at home. We will defiantly be back.

Can’t be closer to the lift

The place was just as described and was able to fit 4 adults, and 3 teenagers/tweens. Great family trip and my wife counted 250 steps to get on the lift. Kids could sleep in, while adults got the first lift. Easy to get back for lunch. Everything was low hassle and property manager was great communicator. You seriously can’t get closer to the lift. It’s right out the back but you walk around to get on it (too bad no ladder or it’d be 10 steps). There is noise in the morning because of the lift and snow cats. If you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the right place for you. Otherwise enjoy!

Perfect Spot For Skiing

This is just what was needed for a long weekend. Unbelievably, close to slopes and lodge. The unit was the perfect size and was a great place to crash after a long day!! Can't wait to get back.

Best place to stay in Sun Valley!!!

Super clean and generously stocked 3bdrm condo at the base of Warm Springs. It has everything you could possibly want (including a washer-dryer in the unit) and more! It's well maintained and communication w/ the Mgr. was excellent. There were just a few MINOR drawbacks (bathrooms on the 2nd floor, white rugs & linens upstairs, Challenger chair directly outside your back door) but other than that ... a FANTASTIC place to stay while you're in Sun Valley. We hope to stay here again. Enjoy!

WRm Springs lodging

Let me start with manager Andrew. He was outstanding. Answered all our questions well in advance. Made recommendations on where to get transportation from airport, rental equip etc. He even offered to delivery our bags if we wanted to ship them. We entered the property with a welcoming bottle of wine. The unit is clean , warming and relaxing. We have been coming to SV for 7 years and this was by far the best place that we have rented. You are 50 feet from the lift. Some mind find the running of the lift at 7 am as disruptive but we found it as our wake up call to get moving to enjoy the amazing mountain. Our family of 4 will certainly come back again. Thank you Andrew for all your hospitable attitude.
