Come and relax in our fully renovated cottage (end of summer 2016) in a landscaped setting of 1,500 m2.
Ideally located at the crossroads of Pays Bigouden, close to all shops, between land and sea, fishing ports,
Torche site (renowned surf spot), Audierne Bay beaches a few minutes away, numerous
hiking nearby.

This accommodation is fully equipped for a living area of 83 m2 and consists of a kitchen living room,
three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and two W.C.
The three bedrooms have two 140 cm beds and two 90 cm beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and all the equipment
current. The living room with sofa and armchairs includes a TV, DVD player.
You have access to WiFi.

Tolles, helles, neues Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Guy ist ein sehr sympathischer, freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts mit ihm hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen großen, hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche, in der man sehr gut Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und zwei große Bäder runden die Ausstattung ab. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden sonnigen Terrassen und das traumhafte Aussengelände. Das Haus ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral für schöne Ausflüge und Strandbesuche gelegen. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung!!!

Ruhiges und schönes Ferienhaus

Das ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Der große Außenbereich, mit Terasse und parkähnlichem Garten, ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter Guy ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Une semaine très sympa

Idéalement placé - a trente minutes de la pointe du raz et à 5 min du bourg - ce gite au calme offre un espace confortable avec ses trois chambres et ces deux salle de bains. Appréciable également d'échanger avec le propriétaire discret et attentif aux besoins des locataires. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir bénéficier de cet espace - dur de retourner à la maison....

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Guy sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr gut, es hat fast nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Minuten kann man verschiedene Ortschaften und auch verschiedene lange Sand-Strände erreichen. Nach Plenour -Lanvern kann man zu Fuß laufen, um den täglichen Bedarf zu decken. Guy war überaus freundlich und hat uns mit Rat & Tat zur Seite gestanden. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass er uns wiederholt mit frischen Blumen versorgt hat. Vielen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft, Guy!

Entspannung

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen bei Guy in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig aber gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Auch das Haus und der Vermieter bleiben uns in sehr guter Erinnerung. Gerne wieder.

Le gîte est superbe! Bien aménagé, beaucoup d'espace et de rangements. Meublé avec goût avec accessoires de qualité. Le propriétaire très accueillant et disponible, ainsi que sa famille. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. A souligner, que nous sommes deux amies et avons séjourné avec nos trois chiens qui se sont régalés en courant sur les belles plages de la région. Ils étaient aussi très bien dans la maison, très accueillante aussi pour eux ,-) Clara et Prisca

Tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichem Empfang- sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr gut und neu ausgestattetes Haus (viele Eigentümer stellen sonst ihre alten Möbel ins Ferienhaus) Hier ist Alles neu und wunderbar in Ordnung. Der Eigentümer empfing uns sehr freundlich und hatte zur Begrüßung einen wunderschönen Hortensienstrauß auf den Tisch gestellt und eine Flsche Cidre spendiert. Ein sehr großer, schöner Garten, praktisch ohne Begrenzung, bildet den Rahmen für den Aufenthalt im Freien.

Eine wunderschöne Woche!

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Es war für uns alles perfekt; die Aufteilung mit den drei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, die Ausstattung der Küche, die ruhige und zentrale Lage, ideal um von hier alle möglichen Ausflüge zu starten...wir hatten eine erlebnisreiche Woche und würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich fröhlich und nett, der Kontakt mit ihm war so ungezwungen, vielen Dank Guy!

sehr ruhiger angenehmer Urlaub

Wir wurden von Herrn Raffaelen sehr nett empfangen und hatten sogar einen Dolmetscher (ein Bekannter von Hr. Raffaelen ) zur Seite, der sehr gute Deutschkentnisse hatte. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage dort, und hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus war gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Der dazugehörige Garten lud zum Verweilen ein. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Zum Bäcker mussten wir ca. 600m, zu den Stränden ca. 3-5 km fahren. Die nächst größeren Städte waren Pont l Abbe (ca 10 min Fahrzeit) und Quimper (25 min Fahrzeit). Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Bretagne Urlaub.

AU TOP!!!

Accueil par le propriétaire avec un verre de l'amitié et une écoute active de celui-ci tout au long du séjour (pas sur place mais facilement joignable par phone). La battisse au style soignée de l’extérieur offre à l’intérieur l'ensemble des prestations et accessoires (et même plus) que l'on peut avoir besoin pour un bon séjour en Bretagne avec une localisation centrale dans le Finistère Sud. Une excellente adresse à recommander avec un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct. Nous reviendrons!!!!

Un séjour parfait

Un propriétaire très accueillant qui n'hésites pas à vous conseiller pour découvrir la région... La location est superbe (intérieure comme exterieure) et très bien entretenue idéale pour passer de bons moments en famille. Agencement au top même avec des enfants en bas âge. Une très bonne adresse à garder et à recommander!!! Notre séjour était parfait.
