Lovely villa in a great location
The villa was great for our family of 8 adults. Reality even better than the photos. Good communication at all times. Near to bus routes so no need for a car. We had a lovely holiday.

Excellent stay for family or friends
Property is very well maintained and in an excellent location. The configuration of the property is very suited to small groups, giving separation of sleeping quarters and bathrooms. The pool was a perfect temperature and incredibly clean. The host was very helpful and patient. I would recommend this property highly.

Great Pool
We were a family group of 10 ( 2 families of 2 adults + 2 children plus 2 grandparents) and since the property is basically split into three more or less self contained units around a large living/dining area, it was perfect. The big advantage is the pool. We had 4 children below the age of 11 with us and the pool was fantastic. It is every bit as good as the video suggests. The property is less than 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes cycle ride from the town centre of La Flotte which is a really lovely small town. We had a great time!

Une belle semaine de vacances
À l’arrivée nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Leslie. Au départ comme à l’arrivée elle a tout fait pour s’adapter à nos contraintes. Un grand merci à elle. La maison est vraiment charmante, spacieuse, agréable et fonctionnelle. Le fait d’avoir des parties séparées permet à chacun d’avoir son intimité c’est parfait. Une mention spéciale à la piscine-terrasse qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. La profondeur est réglable idéal quand les enfants sont petits. La maison est idéalement située et inutile de prendre la voiture pendant tout le séjour : sortez les vélos car tout est à proximité. En résumé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr gut eingerichtet. Eignet sich hervorragend für Familien oder Gruppen, da mehrere Wohneinheiten vorhanden sind. Der höhenverstellbare Pool ist einfach top!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est bien faite et propre. Bel emplacement. Vraiment un gros plus concernant l'équipement bébé disponible dans la maison : lit, chaise haute, baignoire bébé, réducteur de toilettes et pot. En revanche nous avons été déçu car il est annoncé une piscine chauffée à 26°C alors qu'elle était à peine à 19°C... Qu'il fasse 0°C ou 35°C si la piscine est dite chauffé à 26°C elle doit l'être c'est le systeme d'une pompe à chaleur, car nous payons pour cela, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine...

Un petit paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine, en famille, dans ce petit paradis. Tout est fait pour y être bien! Bien pensé, il y a des espaces séparés pour respecter l’intimité de chacun . La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et il ne manque rien… La partie extérieure est également très agréable avec la piscine et le barbecue . La situation est idéale proche du port de la Flotte. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons. Merci !

De bons moments dans 1 bel endroit
Weekend familial très réussi dans une maison de charme,une pièce de vie partagée et des espaces nuits permettant une certaine indépendance. Les balades à pied dans le village et le port de la Flotte,la visite des marais salants,du phare des Baleines, les plages au sable fin,nous ont charmé.

La propriété est telle que décrit dans l'annonce. 10 personnes, tout le monde dans la même propriété et en même temps chacun son petit chez soi. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine.

Maison agréable et très propre mais piscine en hivernage à partir du 30/09
Accueil top par des personnes très à l’écoute et professionnelles. La maison est très propre et à seulement 5 à 10 mins de marche du centre de la flotte. Plutôt bien équipée également. Problème à notre arrivée : la piscine était non chauffée et impossible de la faire chauffer (en hivernage). Aucun geste commercial du propriétaire malgré l’envoi de sa part de la documentation de la piscine et d’un contrat de location stipulant une piscine chauffée à 26 degrés car l’annonce Abritel précise bien dans les détails des équipements que la piscine est en hivernage en octobre (à bien avoir en tête en réservant donc). Un geste commercial aurait été plus qu’apprécié (+ sur le principe car ça n’a pas empêché la déception des enfants) même si nous imaginons bien que ce quiproquo n’était pas intentionnel. Dommage donc pour nous car un peu onéreux sans piscine nous concernant.
