About this property

Beautiful stone house in the heart of a mountain village, 2 to 8 people

Beautiful traditional house in the heart of the village of Irazein at 1000 meters above sea level above the Biros valley, opposite the massif of Mount Valier.
Sunny courtyard with outdoor fireplace and large table.

The distribution of rooms on 3 floors can accommodate both a couple, a family or a group up to 10 people.

Ideal to rest or to enjoy the mountain through the many trails around the village.
Beautiful mountain bike tours are also possible.

In front of the house, the bakery goose offers its three weekly organic breads.
A Bonac, 2 km in the valley, the mountain lodge offers drinks, food and some food products. Castillon is 10 km with all facilities and amenities.

The cars do not circulate in the village, but the house is accessible by vehicle for unloading luggage.

Sleeps 2 to 10 people.
Ground floor: large landing with 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 2 places, the other with 1 bed single beds, bathroom.
Ā 1st floor: large living room with fireplace, large dining table for 10 and living room. kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 beds, bathroom and toilet.
2nd floor: large room in the attic with 1 bed for 2 and 3 beds 1.

Merci pour ce super sĆ©jour. Le propriĆ©taire comme la dame sur place pour la remise des clĆ©s, ont Ć©tĆ© d'une trĆØs grande gentillesse. Pour ce qui est de la maison, il n'y a pas meilleur endroit pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille au coin de la cheminĆ©e, entourĆ© par des paysages magnifiques. IdĆ©al pour se dĆ©connecter et remplir les batteries. Merci.

Super week-end prolongƩ entre amis
HĆ“tes et personne en charge de l'accueil arrageants, disponibles et de bons conseils. Merci ! La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est bien Ć©quipĆ©e (j'ajouterais juste un micro-ondes) et spacieuse pour 9 adultes. Il n'y a qu'un seul WC dans l'unique salle d'eau mais cela ne nous a pas dĆ©rangĆ©. SituĆ©e dans un mignon village de montagne oĆ¹ les habitants sont trĆØs accueillants. Celui-ci est peu Ć©loignĆ© des pistes de ski (1h) et des commoditĆ©s pour faire de grosses courses (grandes surfaces Ć  35 minutes mais commerces de proximitĆ© Ć  15 minutes). L'accĆØs au rĆ©seau et Ć  internet sont difficiles mais la dĆ©connexion est agrĆ©able. Parfait pour profiter des beaux paysages et des randonnĆ©es au dĆ©part de la maison.

Repos et depaysement dans un charmant village de montagne
Cette maison de village Typique reculĆ© dans la montagne est tres bien equipĆ©e et organisĆ©e notamment pour un sejour avec plusieurs enfants grace a son grand dortoir sous les combles (une fois lā€™escalier un peu raide apprivoisĆ©, nos enfants de 9 , 5 et 3 ans ont adorĆ© avoir leur vaste espace) prtit bemol pour les sanitaires sous dimentionnĆ©s par rapport Ć  la capacitĆ© dā€™acceuil de la maison . Les gros plus pour notre sejour hivernal etait la cheminĆ©e creant une atmosphere cocooning ideal pour les soirĆ©es apero dinatoire au coin du feu et le fournil produisant un delicieux pain juste en face de la maison . La piece de vie et sa grande table nous a permis dā€™etre tres a lā€™aise pour les repas et jeu de societĆ©. Grande gentillesse de la personne en charge de notre arrivĆ©e et de notre depart. Nous conseillons sans hesiter !

Un retour aux sources, le temps ralentit.
Hormis les escaliers raides qui nous ont surpris mais qui sont parfaitement nƩgociables, tout Ʃtait bien et en accord avec l'annonce. Nos hƓtes, disponibles et comprƩhensifs. Les topos de rando bienvenus et utilisƩs. Le lieu un havre de paix, cf notamment les veillƩes au feu de bois.

Lorsqu'on veut retrouver un endroit typique de la montagne, on rƩserve sans hƩsiter pour ces moments conviviaux autour d'un feu de cheminƩe... Ce n'est bien sƻr pas le confort d'un hƓtel mais les Ʃquipements minimum pour y vivre y sont prƩsents. Moments agrƩables loin du luxe de la ville et de l'habitude de son chez soi ....

Cette maison de village correspond parfaitement Ć  la description de l'annonce. Nous y avons logĆ© Ć  10 personnes sans souci et fait de trĆØs belles ballades dans les montagnes alentours. Le village et la rĆ©gion offre des vues magnifiques. A savoir (mais l'annonce le prĆ©cise dĆ©jĆ ) : il y a une seule salle de bain et un seul WC.

Maison tout Ć  fait conforme a l'offre dans un petit village ariĆ©geois en face d'un fournil, le village est trĆØs accueillant. PrĆ©voir Ć©ventuellement des jeux de sociĆ©tĆ©s en cas de mauvaise mĆ©tĆ©o vous empĆŖchant de faire les nombreuses randonnĆ©es possible. Je recommande fortement ce gĆ®te.
