family of 30 m² equipped and furnished apartment for 4/5 persons in residence Le Ruitor 100 meters from the ski lifts and the center station Villards (shops, restaurants, supermarket, ski rental). The apartment has an entrance, a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x190 cm, a bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer, separate toilet, a main room with kitchen (new multifunction oven) - microwave, grill, convection oven, cooker ... - fridge, ceramic hob 4 burners, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster), new sofa bed (bed 145 x 200), fold-down bed 80 x 190, HD LED TV and BluRay / DVD player, balcony 4,8 m².
The apartment is on the 9th floor of the residence; its access is through the main entrance, on the same floor (no stairs or elevator to take to access); it is oriented West, overlooking the valley (beautiful view, without vis-à-vis).
The residence has a separate ski locker and an outdoor swimming pool (summer). Direct access to free shuttles to the resort.
Possibility of household and linen hire from the concierge (Concierge at the entrance of the residence).

Chouette domaine, très grand avec beaucoup d'à-côtés. L'appartement était parfait pour 4 personnes adultes. La chambre individuelle et les toilettes séparés sont un grand plus. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires par l'hôte avant notre arrivée, bonne communication.

Conforme aux attentes
Proche des commodités : commerces, remontées mécaniques, accueil station. Appartement bien tenu (petite réparation à prévoir porte balcon, mais rien de grave), bien équipé, accès très facile (mm étage que l'accueil) et très belle vue. Propriétaire très réactif lorsque nous posons une question, et bon accueil !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. L’appartement est situé tout près du départ des remontées mécaniques. L’appartement est bien équipé. La vue est superbe. Le propriétaire est réactif et à l’écoute des problèmes concernant son appartement. Il est préférable de venir en train, l’appartement est situé tout près de la gare routière et cela vous évitera de payer le parking extérieur à 79€ la semaine.

WE aux Arcs
Nous avons passé un excellent WE dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux (nous n’étions que 2 personnes), fonctionnel et proche de toutes les commodités (5min à pieds de la plus proche remontée mécanique et de la galerie marchande). Aucun vis à vis et une vue à couper le souffle du balcon. Les horaires d’arrivées et de départs sont assez flexibles grâce à la conciergerie.

Très bon séjour aux Arcs 1800
Appartement très bien situé à 3 minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques, tout proche des restaurants et des commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Le balcon avec la vue est un vrai plus. Monsieur et Madame Devaux sont très réactifs par mail et toutes les informations transmises lors de la réservation nous ont été très utiles et les indications sont très claires (accès à la résidence, location de ski...). Seul petit bémol, les informations transmises par la conciergerie de la résidence concernant le check out ne sont pas du tout claires: il faut contacter un numéro 1 ou 2 jours avant le jour du départ mais personne ne nous repond, les consignes de nettoyage ne nous ont pas été transmises, et en plus le check out sur abritel est indiqué à 11h or une personne a débarqué dans l'appartement à 10h30 pour nous demander de partir prétextant que le check out était à 10h00. Hormis ce petit désagrément, nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour en choisissant l'annonce de M. et Mme Devaux. Merci

Nous étions 3, dont 2 ados. L'appartement est très bien fourni en équipements, l'aménagement est fonctionnel, et la vue est magnifique. De plus la situation, à 5mn des oeufs, est parfaite. En bref, nos vacances furent très agréables ! Merci !

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans l'appartement de Monsieur et Madame Devaux: l'appartement est très joli, très bien équipé et très bien agencé pour une famille de 4 personnes, avec une chambre indépendante. Les casiers à ski sont très pratiques, la copropriété est calme, et les pistes sont toutes proches (5 mn à pied).
