We invite you to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends in our cottage completely renovated close to the port and its shops at 200m and beach at 800m.

Super séjour à Port-Leucate

De très bonnes vacances à Port-Leucate. La ville est sympa, familiale avec des choses à faire sur place ou tout autour. C'était notre deuxième séjour sur place. Quant à la location, celle-ci est plutôt fonctionnelle, bien organisée et très bien située. De plus, elle est également bien équipée avec notamment une clim qui fait du bien pendant les forts coups de chaud qu'on a pu avoir. C'était très appréciable et on y reviendra avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente. J'ai juste retiré une étoile pour quelques petits points à améliorer ou changer : la hotte aspirante qui ne fonctionnait pas, 1 ou 2 ampoules HS ou absentes, les 13 pinces à linge seulement (trop juste pour une famille de 4), le volet extérieur très difficile à fermer (un peu de dégrippant serait déjà fort utile voir un coup de lime pour bien faire passer le système de verrouillage sans forcer) et une suggestion pour un ventilateur sur la mezzanine qui pendant les fortes chaleurs aurait été très utile car le frais de la clim ne monte pas sur cette hauteur. Ces petits points ne sont pas trop graves juste un peu agaçants mais la location est vraiment top sinon, je la recommande sans hésiter. Merci également à Damien pour sa disponibilité.

Séjour très sympa

A 2 minutes du port à pied où se trouvent les boutiques, les restaurants et les animations en soirée. A3 minutes de la plage en voiture ou 15 min à pied sur un parcours ombragé. A 5 minutes du Lidl pour les courses. Ce logement est idéalement situé. 2 magnifiques feu d'artifices pendant notre semaine de location : celui du 14 juillet+ celui tiré tous les vendredis sur le port. La seconde chambre n'a pas de fenêtre, c'est le seul bémol mais nous sommes restés très peu à la location vu la super semaine qu'on a eu.

La climatisation est un réel atout

Location fonctionnelle et très bien placé. La climatisation a été un atout majeur pendant cette semaine de canicule avec 3 enfants dont un bébé. Seul petit bémol le lave linge qui ne fonctionne pas et quelques produits d'entretien manquant ce qui a nécessité des frais supplémentaires. Mise a par ça nous sommes très content de notre séjour et un très bon accueil et communication avec la personne qui était sur place . Nous recommandons

Correct et fonctionnel

Le logement est correct et fonctionnel, vraiment à deux pas du port, et du Lidl. Plage à 10/12 minutes à pied, petite terrasse extérieure, l’essentiel y est. Trois bémols: le frigo est vraiment juste pour un e famille de 4 personnes; la fonction essorage de la machine à laver ne fonctionne pas, l’utilisation de la machine n’a donc pas été possible, pénible lorsque l’on compte dessus. L’accès aux sanitaires se fait obligatoirement via l’espace nuit des enfants, réveil assuré si l’on se réveille avant eux le matin! En revanche communication avec le propriétaire au top, très réactif, merci pour le séjour.

L'environnement calme et agréable, le bon équipement de la maisonnette sont un bon atout. Dommage que nous ayons du faire un grand ménage à notre arrivée car il était évident que le nettoyage avant notre venue n'avait pas été fait avec sérieux.

Séjour acceptable

Arrivée difficile à trouvé sans numéro de logement. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée et à la sortie l'inspection est survolée. L'aspirateur, le lave linge et la serpillière mis à dispositions est de qualités minime. La propreté d'arrivée est poussiéreuse sans compté que la cabine pour les 2 enfants n'a ni fenêtre ni aération quelquonque et sert plutôt de couloir jusqu'au toilette. Les logements sont alignés les un en face des autres limitant le calme et l'intimité. On a apprécié la WiFi et la climatisation. Je conseille pour 4 personnes 6 impossible avec un canapé d'à peine 2 m.

Einfaches Reihenhaus mit Klimaanlage. Ausreichend für 2 Personen. 2 weitere Betten für Kinder sind in einem kleinen Durchgangsraum ohne Fenster. LIDL ist in der Nähe. Strand 15min. Sauberkeit im Küchenbereich war bei Ankunft nicht ganz ok. Abwaschgestell war schmutzig. Das Sofa im Aufenthaltsbereich ist nicht wie auf dem Bild in der Anzeige. Endreinigung war nicht inklusive - Reinigungsmodalitäten wurden nicht vorher vereinbart, mussten 50€ nachbezahlen.

Petit logement très sympa pour 2 personnes A proximité du port, des commerces, des restaurants Pas très loin de la mer (700 m environ) Le nécessaire était présent dans l'appartement pour cuisiner, la clim était bienvenue, même si elle n'arrivait pas totalement dans la mezzanine Peur être une barrière automatique pour le parking serait bien ? On a passé un bon séjour

Très bon séjour

Proche du port et à 1/4 h à pied de la plage, le logement est bien agencé et équipé et permet un séjour agréable. La clim est vraiment un plus surtout la nuit.
