Villa 1 sits at the front of the Zorba property, close to the sea, and enjoys unparalleled views of the turquoise Caribbean with the soft white sand of Tulum beach at your doorstep. Expanses of white sand stretch for miles in both directions. Excellent for a family or two couples traveling together, Villa 1 is a comfortable and centrally located beachfront paradise.
The Zorba property is exclusive to guests only with a private beachfront, loungers, shade, and a guest-only Taco + Breakfast Bar.
The bright and spacious main floor enjoys a double vaulted ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, and large glass doors that open to the sea. Leave the doors open to enjoy the alfresco dining area and invite the fresh sea breezes to flow into the home.
A bedroom with a queen-size bed on the main floor is perfect for the kids or a couple. Climb up the stairwell and cross the interior bridge to a romantic fairytale master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower, a Juliette balcony, and a vaulted palapa roof.

I have been coming to Tulum for the past 18 years. My two kids, daughter 18 and son 15, have been locals on this beach for years. We split our time between British Columbia Canada and Tulum. Are family gravitates to places that are naturally beautiful with a wonderful sense of culture and community.
