The Particular Point Two Bedroom is located in historic Algiers Point. The 1000+ Sq ft. duplex is a perfect home away from home in New Orleans.

The apartment is a short walk to the Algiers Point ferry, which drops you off in the French Quarter on Canal Street. Experience beautiful views of the city while taking the ferry across the Mississippi.

The living room and kitchen are on the ground level. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, and twin beds in the other bedroom.

We provide the amenities to make you feel at home. The living room has a comfy sofa for lounging after a day of galavanting through Nola. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and dining table. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Fresh bed linens, towels and essential amenities are provided.

For entertainment and relaxation, the living room and bedrooms have a smart TVs with free YouTube TV and HBO Max streaming services. There is a turntable and a crate of records to play music. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment to stay connected.

Free and safe street parking is readily available. Most of the time, a parking space is available right in front of the apartment.

No Hot Water

We realized soon after we checked in that the water heater wasn't working and neither was the air conditioner in the main bedroom. The host was communicative, but unable to fix the problems. We left after one night of discomfort and are seeking a full refund.

New Orleans Birthday Trip

My oldest daughter was born on Fat Tuesday and I always told her I'd take her to the Mardi Gras parade for her 21st birthday. 21 rolled around and we booked this great VRBO to have a location close by the French Quarter but far enough away to have a quiet place to celebrate. This was a super quick walk to the ferry, which had several cute little shops and breakfast spots sprinkled in. Had a clean and quaint spot to crash and super easy check in and out process, and great communication with management.

Great place for old friends

The property was solid, clean, and easy to get to. I try to stay in Algiers point if I’m visiting New Orleans because it’s so convenient and scenic. This property is so close to the ferry and the hosts care about upkeep and cleanliness. Could not recommend highly enough. I would definitely stay again.

Property was fun creative. However your description of distance to the ferry landing is misleading. It's not a short distance walk.

Awesome first rental experience!

This was our first time using a rental property (vs. Hotel) and it went perfectly! We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off since we used uber/lyft to get around. The apartment was super clean. Aaron was great to work with and made the whole experience super easy.

this place is adorable & cozy!! we very much enjoyed our stay, the property manager was very attentive..when we arrived there was jazz music playing it was a nice welcome. the apartment was fully stocked with anything we needed.. there isnt anything I could suggest to make this place better thank u!!!

Awesome Place!

My fiancé and I went to stay at this property because we were visiting my brother and brother in law. We had a wonderful time there and it was beautifully decorated. We will be back, and we are also considering moving to New Orleans hopefully sometime soon. We fell in love with the neighborhood!

Particular Point has it all: Location, history, and all the comforts of home. Aaron and Michelle roll out the hospitality, and make sure your stay is top notch! In town visiting family, and our stay was like having our own home base. Definitely recommend and will stay again on our next trip.

PERFECT place in Algiers!

So many good things to say about this property and the owner! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very accommodating and accessible. The location is quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the ferry. The floor plan was ideal for our situation .... 2 bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. The artwork is GREAT! Absolutely no complaints.
