Very spacious and bright villa, with private swimming pool located in the hinterland of Alicante Fantastic view of the sea and of Alicante with its castle, the Santa Barbara.

The upper floor includes a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, as well as two other shower rooms, a bedroom/office with isolated sleeping area, a guest toilet, and two huge partly covered terraces, one of which has a jacuzzi for 6 people.
The rooms have convertible air conditioning and ceiling fans.

On the lower floor, you will find: private swimming pool, very large terrace with solar tents, sauna, ping-pong table, darts, billiards, children's play area, pétanque which will delight young and old.
Wifi throughout the house.
This villa is suitable for all seasons thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning.

For nature lovers, there are a variety of hiking trails nearby.

The beautiful sandy beaches of El Campello are just 15 km away. The nearest town with its shops is 8 km away and Bonalba golf course is 10 km away.

Complete equipment for 2 babies/small children (baby bed, stroller, car seats, playpen, high chairs, toys) at your disposal (on request).

Toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung
Als Familie haben wir den Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft genossen. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer und zur Verwalterin war herzlich und immer zielführend. Quasi rund um die Uhr wurden aufkommende Fragen sowohl durch die Eigentümer als auch die Verwalterin (Lorena) beantwortet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wie in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt, man muss ein Fahrzeug haben. Wir würden auf alle Fälle nochmal kommen. Alles andere ist in den anderen Bewertungen zutreffend genannt. Meine Bewertung 10 mit Stern von 10

Perfect Escape
Myself, my husband and our 2 teenage children stayed at this stunning villa. It was perfect for us with it being away from it all, so to speak. The villa has that luxury feel that we needed, and there was plenty to do at the villa, so we didn't need to go out much at all. We went to El Campello many times as it had a great relaxed feel to it. We enjoyed the large shopping mall in Alicante as well as Alicante itself. The weather was very very hot the 2 weeks we were there and the air con in the bedrooms was a god send. My only criticism with the villa is the lack of air con in the main living areas. Because it was so hot, we were very uncomfortable in those areas during our stay. Apart from that, the villa caters for so so much! If it had been a bit cooler, it may not have been a problem. Our host Lorena was very sweet and was available to answer any questions we had, as well as the pool man who came to keep the pool in tip top shape.

Secluded villa in the hills
What an amazing place. The well appointed villa was so private and idyllic. The pool, the sauna, the various terraces - all were superb. A short drive to a Carrefour. Near to Alicante. Superb hikes in the hills and mountains. First rate.

Fantastic villa for families with children
We were one of three families to stay together at this fantastic villa. Our party comprised of 7 adults, 2 older children, 3 toddlers/younger children and 1 baby. This is the most people the Villa caters for. It was great. The Villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers. They provided us with three cots. They were full sized travel cots with good quality, thick mattresses. Bedding was provided for the cots. We also requested three high chairs and a baby bouncer chair and they were all good and clean. The two older children (aged 10 and 12) also loved the Villa, especially the swimming pool and table tennis table. There were loads of floats/kilos/inflatable baby chairs for the pool as well as balls and pool toys. We brought our own paddling pool which was a godsend - we left it there so hopefully others can benefit from it also. The layout of the villa is fantastic. The bedrooms and living spaces are all on one floor. You need to walk down steps to get to the pool however there is a baby gate at the top. There is a toilet next to the pool which is handy. A small fridge at the poolside would be perfect. There was plenty of parking for three cars. The hot tub is amazing and in a great location for relaxing in during the evening whilst young children are sleeping. My only criticism would be that there was no air conditioning in the fourth office bedroom which hosts a double sofa bed. Overall, a fabulous villa!

Amazing Villa that has everything you could want
I stayed at this amazing property with my wife and two daughters, 5 and 9. Everyone loved it. The Villa has everything you could want and much more, as the listing shows. We stayed for one week at the start of July. The Villa is so good it was hard for me to get my children to want to go to any day trips anywhere, I think we only had two in the whole week. The pool is a great size and the kids played in the most of the day. They also loved the hottub at night time. Our daughter got sick and needed to see a doctor and the property manager gave us some help to find the correct place to go. We couldn't have had a better time and we are so grateful for everything. Thank you.

Our stay at the villa
The villa is lovely! We had a wonderful holiday despite some cloud and rain on some days. It is well appointed on the hill over looking the area and across to the coast. My husband needed to attend dialysis three times over the week at the San Vincente Dialysis centre and this was an easy drive of 20 mins from the villa. It is furnished beautifully and has everything you could need as well as lots more. The kitchen is very well equipped.The swimming pool is a good size, very clean and has so many pool toys/inflatables to play with. The table tennis and pool were great for our son as well as ourselves! A car is a must as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. But we enjoyed meals at local restaurants and there is a good supermarket around 15 mins drive away. Thank you very much for a lovely stay - we hope to be back!

Verzorgde luxe vakantie woning
Wij hebben met zijn 8-en een fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning. De woning heeft vele extra’s en is goed verzorgd. Veel ruimte buiten. Meerdere mogelijkheden tot lekker (apart) zitten buiten. (Binnen iets minder voor een groep van maximaal aantal personen, zoals wij waren). De omgeving is stil. De rust daardoor vonden wij erg fijn. En er is een mooi uitzicht op de kustlijn in de verte. Voor rust, genieten, af en toe een spelletje (pooltafel e.a aanwezig) en er overdag met de auto even tussenuit, is dit een ideaal vakantiehuis.

Exceptionnel!
La villa est très bien placée et possède une vue à couper le souffle! Tout est pensé pour les familles. L’équipement est vraiment complet. Propreté au top, même le linge de lit est choisi avec soin! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et avaient laissé des petits cadeaux pour chacun! Merci à eux et merci à Jos et sa sympathie! En résumé nous reviendrons!

Urlaub so wie man ihn sich wünscht
Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca in den Hügeln Alicantes. Die Finca ist wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Betreuung durch Jos, vor Ort, war sehr gut und immer freundlich. Vielen Dank

Estupenda casa, difícil comunicación
La casa es una maravilla, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días de relax y mucho más. La comunicación con los propietarios fue buena y trataron siempre dentro de lo posible de ayudar a que la estancia fuera satisfactoria. Una vez llegados a la casa nos recibió un hombre que entendemos que hace las labores de mantenimiento y nos explicó un poco por encima lo que necesitábamos saber aunque en muchas de las cosas, bien porque no las explicó o bien por problemas de comunicación, no nos quedaron nada claras. A lo largo de la estancia fue pasando por la casa a diario y fue realmente incómodo que nos hiciera notar cosas que a su juicio estábamos haciendo mal. Al dejar la casa hizo una revisión en profundidad acusándonos de desperfectos que existían previamente, de haber desconectado los cables del equipo de TV/Satélite (que no usamos), de desperfectos en el jacuzzi (acabó siendo una mancha de laca de uñas que salió frotando con el dedo)... Para tirar la basura hay que recorrer 2 Km cosa que hay que tener en cuenta ya que es necesario poner las bolsas de basura en tu propio coche para ir a los contenedores.

Half term winter sun family break
The villa was perfect and everything we wanted for an escape from the cold Cornish winter. Superbly equipped, beautifully clean and more than comfortable for our family of 5. Jos was pleasant and helpful at all times , going beyond what was needed to make sure we had food waiting for us when we arrived on the Sunday evening and responding promptly when we had any additional questions about the villa and the local area. Overall a very relaxing break and one we would love to repeat. With many thanks.

urlaub wie gewollt
es genau so, wie wir unseren urlaub wollte . wir waren alleine in einer herrlichen villa mit whirlpool und swimmingpool. wir konnten uns frei und halb ackt drinnen und draussen bewegen. es war ruhig und dennoch zur stadt alicante ur 10 min mit dem auto. urlaubswunsch 100% erfüllt.

Tout y était, nous n’avons manqué de rien! Maison et installations extérieures parfaitement équipés. Jeux pour la piscine, jouets pour enfants à l’intérieur, cuisine bien équipée. La vue est exceptionnelle !! Je recommande fortement de beau bijou!

Prachtige villa in rustige omgeving
We hebben genoten van onze week in deze prachtige villa. Zeer netjes en volledig geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Alles was aanwezig. Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat de winkel circa 20min rijden is en het centrum van Allicante 30min. De kindjes hebben zich geweldig geamuseerd in het bijhorende speeltuintje en het zwembad met tal van waterspeelgoed dat aanwezig was.
