It is not easy to find a great place to stay while vacationing in Maui, there are so many possibilities to choose from. The good news is that you have just found one of the best. What we offer you is a beautiful condo in a great condo complex, with the perfect location on Maui. Our condo complex is now a smoke free complex.

This is not simply a rental condo but this is our second home and with that in mind our goal is to make our home one of the highlights of your holiday, not just a place to stay while on your vacation!! Finding the right place to stay on Maui is not easy, but when you do, it can change your entire holiday. When you first step into our condo, you will immediately realize that this is a very special place. It is not only a very beautiful condo, but we also have one of the best views on the island of Maui, sitting within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and looking directly out at the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. The view will remind you of why you came to Maui in the first place. Our condo is also very beautiful. We have installed quality Natural Maple kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new appliances, full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, not apartment size, Quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, decorative ceramic tiles, a full condo air conditioning system, not just a window A/C unit and high speed wireless internet,
If you want to get away from the crowds, yet be close to all that Maui has to offer, you need look no further. Because our condo is located in a small condominium complex (only 18 units), you won’t have the large crowds of people to deal with that the larger condominium complexes and hotels have. In fact, most of the time, you will feel like you have the place almost entirely to yourselves. That is one of the many advantages of staying with us. You will be close to all that Maui has to offer and yet you can come back to our condo for a relaxing end of the day, or if you just want to relax, you can't find a better place stay. It really is Paradise!

Amazing

I can’t say enough about this property. What a view, what beautiful water, what wonder at watching the turtles, what a great location, what pleasant people around us, what thoughtful and “everything you need” amenities in the condo- I could go on and on. This truly felt like home and we are so thankful for the thought and care the hosts put into everything.

Maui vacation

Overall this condo hits all the marks ,the view is amazing, the atmosphere is awesome. Having the beach and pool so close is very nice. We loved how quite and comfortable the stay was, except the road the unit is on can be a little noisy. But definitely has been made to feel like home. Everything was stocked. We had a slight problem when we arrived , the unit had not been cleaned. We ran into the lady that cleans it and she made it right , they hurried and cleaned it while we went shopping for food ,and was very friendly. The owners took care of us as well. The bed upstairs was my favorite and very comfortable. We had amazing time and will definitely try to stay here again .

My Second Stay in Paradise

Luckily for me, this was my second stay this year at Mark's oceanfront condo. Perfectly situated, this condo is super clean and has all the amenities one could need. Including beach chairs, beach cooler and umbrella. The kitchen is very well equipped including salad spinner, Instapot, and electric frypan. As it was warmer in May than in January, was super great having the AC, when needed. The big sea turtles beached right out front and were seen daily. And the great news: Im returning in August!

Paradise

An absolutely incredible time, relaxing and swimming in the ocean with turtles. They were present everyday and were so friendly! We also saw a monk seal and whales. Truly a vacation like no other. Thank you to Mark for sharing this wondrous property with my family. It checked all of the boxes, from relaxing to privacy to unparalleled views from the balcony. Hawaiian Paradise

Wish we stayed longer

Mark’s place is incredible! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The place is quiet yet family friendly. There are only about 14 total units as part of the property. Everyone is nice. Especially, the resident manager Allyn. He was gracious enough to swap parking spots with us when I showed up with a bigger rental. You need a full-size car! Don’t let company give you anything bigger. Anyway, the sea turtles swim right to the wall. Plus, we watched whales do all sorts of breaches in the distance. Sunsets were amazing. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place

This place is a gem. Very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The view is exactly as you see in photos. That is THE main reason to stay here. Looks like a postcard photo but it’s real. Great lanai for whale watching. Quiet, well cared for complex. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise Found

Location. Location. Location. Was very impressed with the tidiness of this property. Everything so well organized. Full sized hand gel, new bar of soap, new roll of paper towels, Maui coffee to get you started, and everything youd need in a kitchen, including an Instapot and salad spinner. There was even a vase for some beautiful flowers I purchased. Detergent for full-sized washer and even dryer sheets and stain remover. Swiffer mop to keep the tile floors clean and has a few food items in the pantry (salt, pepper, olive oil, seasonings). The key lockbox was a little tricky but after a few attempts, it opened. Oh, also had a JBL wireless speaker, which I hadn't noticed until the day before I left. Hair dryer, magnifying mirror, bathroom scales! Can't wait to return in the fall. Oh, did I mention the view? To die for!

Such an amazing rental!

Mark’s condo was a home away from home for my family. It’s in a quiet, relaxing location with an incredible view. We were sad to leave! Mark is an excellent communicator that has put a lot of effort into his home that truly makes you feel welcome. We loved the comfortable beds and couch, and enjoyed cooking in a perfectly stocked kitchen. Hope to be back there soon!

Magical Maui

We loved it here! We were in Maui for a very specific purpose and brought my mother to join us. We wanted a place where she could fix something to eat or just relax if we went out. This "home" was perfect for that! What we learned, though, was the entire area is absolutely sweet, from the small businesses to the semi-private beach. Although the beach is small, it was perfect! There is a wonderful Honu (green sea turtle) sanctuary just to the side of Hoyochi Nikko, and it was an irresistible place to sit with our friends and swim in the ocean nearby. We actually got to "swim" with the turtles when they glided through the water. We loved everything about the beach and the area where you can sun yourself on top of the sea wall! The actual unit was wonderful and very comfortable and felt like a home! The view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean woke us up every morning, and at night, the breeze was so comfortable, we kept the window open and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and tropical breeze! Nevertheless, when it was hot, we were able to turn on the air conditioner the few times it was needed. The location is the best and is walking distance to some wonderful local businesses and places like the ABC Store where you can pick up almost anything. Hoyochi Nikko is between Ka'anapali and Napili and Kapalua, so it's conveniently located between two resort areas without being in a commercial area that loses the charm and ambiance of Maui and Hawaii. Great spot and great host

The place is beautiful with a fabulous setting and is very well equipped with everything guests will need. Unfortunately, we visited during the Lahaina fire and had to evacuate early with the other tourists. Mark was very communicative during this stressful time and generously refunded our cost for the abbreviated stay. We could not ask for more from a host and will be back again! Thanks Mark! Our best thoughts are also with the whole Maui community.

Wonderful vacation!

This was our first time staying here though we have been to maui many times. We loved the location of this unit and the loft came in handy for our family of 4. Mark was a great communicator and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was ok. It’s great that they have a property manager on site if anything needs to be addressed. The only downside would be that there is no guest parking and the unit parking is pretty tight. Thank you mark for an awesome stay!

Best Vacation Ever!

The condo was amazing! Everything is well stocked and clean. Lots of towels, dish soap, detergent, and other supplies. A/C and fans kept the place nice and cool. It was great having the washer/dryer. There is awesome snorkeling right in front of the condo, with turtles that come to eat the algae everyday. We had an awesome time and were sad to go home.

Relaxing Stay

This is a small very private property right on the ocean. It is well equipped with supplies and clean. The view is absolutely wonderful. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching whales and turtles. At sunset, a gentleman at the adjoining complex played the bagpipes! Magical!

Why they chose this property

Each of the Hawaiian islands are unique in their own way, but Maui had the most variety of activities to offer and was the best "fit" for our family. Our goal was to find a condo on the ocean, with a pool on the oceanside, in a complex that was small and private. In the spring of 1998 while on the condo search, we almost went home empty handed until we came across this condo....one look at the spectacular view from the living room and we were sold!! Every time we visit our Maui home, it still takes our breath away!

What makes this property unique

Our goal is to make our condo into one of the highlights of your holiday, not just a place to "stay" while on vacation. This is our second home, not just a rental condo so we have treated it as such. Our condo has been remodeled with beautiful kitchen cabinets, Silestone countertops, all new tile flooring, new tile shower, two flat screen TV's, wireless internet for your laptop computer, plus a pc computer with a printer so you can check email and print out your boarding pass for your trip home. While you are staying with us, you will also enjoy the spectacular view from our lanai, which sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean!

The condo complex is also special. The complex is comprised of 18 units, 9 on the first floor and 9 on the second floor. Each unit looks out directly on the Pacific Ocean and the island of Moloka'i. Our "backyard" is made up of a beautiful lawn and gardens, two Bar-B-Que grills, a salt water pool, and direct ocean access. The complex truly is oceanfront!!!! Since we are in a small condo complex, you won't have the large crowds of people that you will find in the larger complexes and hotels. In fact, most of the time you will feel like you have the complex all to yourselves! There are only 15 lawnchairs on the property!!! The calm, quiet, relaxing grounds are wonderful.

Many of our guests have said that staying in our unit is one of the only places they have vacationed where they can really relax!

Nightly sunsets are another one of the many benefits!!!!
