Admiral's Bay 142 is the perfect home away from home if you are looking to spend a few weeks or more here on Fort Myers Beach! There is a full bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, the guest room has 2 twin size beds and a full bathroom. There is comfortable seating and flat screen tv in the living room with a view of the lanai and trees. Full kitchen size kitchen with all of the essentials and an in-unit washer/dryer. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This property is restricted to bi-weekly rentals. Rentals must be the first 2 weeks or the last 2 weeks of a month. Mid-month arrival or departure may be possible the summer months but must be approved prior to rental.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This condo association requires guest registration with a $50 fee. Registration fee is non-refundable. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
