This is a lovely property. It is a charming, updated farmhouse in between Springfield and Branson. We enjoyed visiting with family here and it fit the bill. The kitchen is great, having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful, plenty of space to spread out and for the kids to run around outside up the hill to the side of the property. We would happily stay again!
Beautiful property. House is old but very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could want. Bedrooms / Bath have plenty of extra blankets and nice thick bath towels. Owners are very responsible and quick to respond.
We loved our stay!!! Was there for a wedding! The house has so much history to it! Loved all the personal touches the owners did! Would stay there again for sure!
The place was so easy to get to. Close to a lot of things but the luxury of out of town. The place had so much character and the fact we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us when we got there was such a cute little touch! We will be definitely going back!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The peaceful and beautiful setting was a fun relaxing get-away for us. The kids especially enjoyed the friendly cow as their friend. The weather was perfect allowing for a lot of outside time on all the land. We loved it! Thank you!
Probably one of the neatest properties we have stayed in. Super unique, the country setting was great. The farmhouse has great old charm with a very comfortable feeling.
Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I, along with other family members, stayed here for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The location was great. It was a quiet and out of town, yet close to anything we needed. The house was comfortable with very spacious rooms and an amazing front porch to enjoy in the mornings and a second outdoor seating area in the back yard. Plenty of parking for everyone who stayed. The owners were great to work with and quickly accommodated us when we needed to stay an extra day.
Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint farmhouse. Nici and Jared were great host and have a heart for hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.
We were looking for a spot for family from Indiana and Oklahoma to meet up for a weekend and Springfield seemed like the perfect place. This farmhouse in Ozark was the ideal location as it felt secluded but still quite close to shopping, eating, activities in Ozark, Nixa, Springfield, and even Branson. We all had plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent! And when we considered baking but couldn’t find the muffin pan, we got a very quick response from our host letting us know just where to look. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely book again in the future.
This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as we remembered. Tons of room, everything you need, great communication, and wonderful location. Thank you!!
Loved the house and property. The animals were an added bonus! Close to town and 30 minutes from Springfield or Branson. Definitely an ideal location. We really enjoyed the front porch every morning.
This is an awesome farmhouse that has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. The best part was morning coffee on the porch as the sun came up and listening to the sounds of the Ozarks. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great family farmhouse
We stayed in this sweet farmhouse while visiting Springfield for my nephew’s high school graduation. It had everything we needed for two families of 4. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items for our foodie chefs as well. We couldn’t recommend this place more!
I would highly recommend this adorable spacious country home! My family and I enjoyed staying here. We had such a wonderful time making memories in the front yard, and overlooking the goats and cows. What a beautiful and serene setting! Communication was easy and check in process was so smooth. I will definitely stay here again when our big family comes to visit us! Thank you so much for your hospitality and opening your home to us.
We love the setting, animals, accommodations. The kitchen is well appointed, nice and spacious.
We would suggest more comfortable lounge seating, as the sofa and chairs seem pretty broken down. Possibly a nicer topper for the full size daybed. Bathrooms are very nice and supplied very well also.
We would also suggest a small fire ring and back patio seating would make for outdoor enjoyment.
We love your farmhouse and will surely rent again.
The house is beautiful, with well done modernizations in the kitchen and bathroom. We had everything we needed, and the hosts provided farm fresh eggs and muffins!! The location is great because it's only 10 minutes from most things in Ozark while being out of the fray. Check in and check out was easy, and the hosts were responsive.
However, there were a couple of things that really impacted our stay:
1. The house is right on a fairly busy thoroughfare that big trucks like dump trucks and equipment use so we were woken up every morning by the noise. We LOVED the front porch, but it was definitely not peaceful for more than a couple minutes at a time with all the traffic.
2. We specifically splurged for a secluded getaway with a hot tub. There is no hot tub on this property, and the host told us we were not the first people to tell her the listing was wrong. Given that they were aware there was a problem with the listing but didn't fix it, and they knew that was a super high priority for us, I'm disappointed that the host didn't do more to take responsibility for the mistake. A small gesture would have gone a long way, and it left kind of a bad taste in our mouth.
We LOVED this property and our stay. The residence is beautiful, welcoming, and you immediately feel right at home. We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding and hosted various family who came for the celebration. Some stayed with us for the weekend, while others stopped in during the big day so they could visit before the event.
We were able to cook large meals, seat everyone, enjoyed the beautiful yard and both porches. We were treated to a package of muffins and our Auntie made them with owner’s farm fresh eggs. We loved reading the history of the house and meeting the Flinn’s. Our granddaughter got a kick out of seeing the donkeys in the fenced area near the home and wanted to, “pet the things from Shrek”, the first thing the next day.
The homeowners have thought of everything. There are games for all ages, seating areas on the front porch, plenty of dishes, cookware, and glasses to accommodate large gatherings. It is apparent they take great pride in this home and caring for their guests. We would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.
Thank you so much Flinn family for the hospitality which contributed to the wonderful memories that were made during our stay.
