***Update: pool not in service until November 30, 2024, otherwise area recovering well from Hurricane. Restaurants have been steadily opening along Gulf Blvd, plenty of places to enjoy dining out and all grocery stores/restaurants across the barrier island bridge open***new floors in bedrooms no more carpet, ensuite bathroom remodeled on 2024 new living room sofas***2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit on the second floor with a renovated, fully equipped kitchen and beachfront balcony. Stay here are you will see this is one of the most pristine beaches around! The balcony is a great place to watch sunsets with absolutely nothing in between you and the water. Across the street is Wahoos, my favorite place to grab a grouper sandwich and a beer. Kenny s Korner is a diner next door and there are limitless options for food and entertainment if you utilize the free beach trolley or have your own car. There is also a surf shop across the street where you can rent bikes and stand up paddle boards...
You'll find outdoor grills on the pool patio, ready for your use. And, of course, there are plenty of poolside lounge chairs. No pets allowed, no smoking.

Redington Shores
We had a great week in this Redington Shores condoe. Very clean and beautiful views from the balcony. It’s a very uncrowded place with plenty of room to set up tents on the beach. The pool is nice but there is an only 12 person limit in the pool and no night swimming so we pretty much stayed at the beach. There also was one nosey neighbor who lives there and keeps up with what everyone does but I guess that could happen anywhere. The location of the condoe was one of the best things because you could go up to Clearwater or Down to John’s pass within a few minutes. We would definetley stay there again. I’m pretty sure Hilda said it had been remodeled this month. Hilda was great. She replied and was very nice every time we spoke with her too.

This was my first time in florida PLUS first time staying somewhere that wasnt a hotel. My family LOVED this place! We loved it so much, we want to come back again next year. Its everything like the description & pictures. Amazing and great people!

We had some trouble with getting the internet and cable, but Hilda and owner were very accommodating in helping us. The unit could use some updates. Other units we have stayed in were more up to date . Still a great location with a beautiful pool!

Perfect Location
The location was perfection! I couldn't have asked for a better view of the beach and steps away from the condo. Everyone was very friendly in the building. The pool and outside grounds were extremely clean. There is plenty of parking and lots of places to eat within walking distance. The condo itself was not clean, no bathtub drain covers for the kids to bathe, little to no hand towels and kitchen towels, we ended up purchasing some so we weren't constantly washing. The second bedroom TV worked the first day and then stopped working. None of the remotes had batteries and even had to go buy more lightbulbs, as the lamps in the living room were all burnt out. Definitely needs some work on the actual condo, but the location and view made up for it.

Fall Break Getaway
The pool area and exterior of the building were super clean and were tended to daily. The room was adequate for the two of us. We had amazing views of the sunset and saw dolphins almost every morning. It was a quiet and relaxing place to unwind. There are several places to eat within walking distance. We had a really great week!

the wonderful view
wonderful location the beach calm and clean, the only problem is the gate number that did not work a neighbor gave me the correct number. the mattresses are too soft. we don't like them. but it had everything we needed. the owners told me that the condominium does not accept dogs and there were people with dogs in the condominium.

Right on the beach
This condo was just steps to the beach. Great area. Lots of good places to eat. Water was rough all week so we didn't get in but 1 day. Very few drinking glasses and cups. Very few wash cloths. Beds slept good. Lots of pots and pans. Great view from the balcony.

Nice and clean. The property (pool area and confo hallways) was cleaned every day by maintenance which was nice. . Great location and view. The Check in process was easy. The host never returned messages. Was giving the wrong gate code , the code was the same number other reviews said were wrong. The host needs to update that information but got the code from a different guest. The room needs more glassware and dinnerware. I woukd stay in this condo again.

Great location, very over priced condo
Great location, great people but it goes down hill from there. Communications with the host (Hilda) could have been better. We would send a text and not hear back from her for sometimes days. It started with the pool being closed twice. It was repaired but with temporary fixes.. we were given the wrong code to the pool/ beach. Luckily were were given the correct code by another guest. We had to ask for dish cloths and dish towels which were never provided in the four weeks we were there. The cable in the master bedroom did not work (this was also stated in a December 2022 review) and the tv in the guest bedroom did not work. The cushions on the balcony furniture were dirty and frayed. The beach toys and chairs were rusty and grimy. The outlets and covers were loose in every room. Light bulbs were either burned out or missing. (This was also mentioned in an April 2022 review.) Light bulbs above tub/shower are exposed to moisture. The outlets and light bulbs were fixed after 2 weeks. There is pealing paint on the ceiling of the guest bathroom. We were told that it had just been painted recently. There is mold along the tub in the master bathroom. Our main issues consisted of the refrigerator being repaired three times during our stay. The ice maker water supply failed to shut off resulting in all of the towels being used to wipe up water. This was repaired the same day. The refrigerator leaked every evening during the defrost period. This resulted in a beach towel being used on the floor to wipe up water. This was fixed two weeks later. The last straw was when the repair person failed to plug the fan back in after the second repair. This resulted in a weeks worth of food going bad. There is no excuse for this type of repair service. Hilda was contacted on Saturday morning and the issue was finally resolved late Tuesday afternoon. We wasted many days waiting for a response from Hilda or for a repair person to show up. We did have a lengthy conversation with the actual owner and he wasn’t happy to hear from a renter. He hires a management company to deal with these issues. We love staying at The Shores but all of these issues have really made us even think about renting this unit again. We were told updates were going to be made, bit it’s a shame that other renters will get to benefit from our poor experience.

Nice 2nd floor beachfront condo. Cleaning could have been better, but okay. Management company failed to notify us when cleaning was finished and we could move in. Other than that, no problems. Nice neighborhood, great beach.

We enjoyed out stay at Redington beach. This location is awesome! The only negative was the communicationwith our host. I sent a message before our trip with some questions that was never responded to and we had an issue with the master bedroom cable that was basically ignored. We liked everything else so much we'd stay again.

The condo was clean and efficient. Loved the location. Beach was not crowded. The only negatives were the gate code we were given didn't work to the pool access. We were given a new code that worked. They need new pillows for the bed, they were old and flat. The keurig didn't work. And most annoying was every morning at 8:30 am the grounds keeper would wake us with his leaf blower. Over all we had a wonderful time and would rent again.

Air condition filter and unit was a fire hazard. Filter was changed by us, to get the air operating. I asked if this unit was handicap assessable because my husband is on a walker and is 100% disabled. This unit was not set up for handicapped. No staff available on site to correct numerous deficiencies.

I loved the area. The views are beautiful. The condo is a little older and they have renovated it somewhat. The only complaints I had with it is that there’s no light in the second bedroom you have to use lamp. And no cable on that T.V. But, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent OCEANFRONT location!
If you are looking for an OF/BF condo then this one is perfect. We had perfect weather the week we were there. Thus getting many pictures of gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was okay. As others who have left a review stated, it does need updating. One of the two doors in front of the washer/dryer was missing. There was mold in the master bathroom tub. The filter for the HVAC looked like it hadn't been changed in months. I changed it. We stayed for a week and after a few days the unit started smelling musty. All in all, we had a great time. We would rent it again. Just because of the condos location.

Great location
Family vacation at the property. The property itself is great. Our kids swam in the heated pool every day and the condo has spectacular beach views. Loved cooking at the grills and having the tables right by the grills/beach. The beach was great and very accessible. The unit is fine, there are some signs of wear at the condo (including several questionable electrical outlets). We were happy with the overall condition, but we also we not looking for every bell and up to the minute updates. We would definitely return again.

Before we purchased this condo unit, we used to come to this beach because we enjoy the quality and tranquility of it. We used to get dinner across the street and go for a sunset stroll on this beach before we found the opportunity to purchase here. I commonly say one day I'm going to cash out and move into this building. I really like it here.
