* The ocean is also about 15 minutes
* 450 M2 of land.
In front, the space closed by the gate allows to park 1 to 2 cars
At the back, the fullness...
* To be able to have lunch and dinner as well outside, with aperitif on chiliennes;)
* Barbecue, table & umbrella ...
House of 80 M2, with 3 bedrooms for 8 beds, (2 rooms with a double bed and a room with 4 pull-out beds often reserved for children or teenagers), a kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge-Veranda

We re-invest the entire recollected funds in the renovations we are doing ...
