T2 of about 28m2, located on the 9th floor of the L'Alpage 1 residence (quiet Crozats area) with nearby: covered parking, shops, bar, restaurants.

Lovely apartment and attentive host

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well finished. Laure (the host) made us feel very welcome, and was responsive to queries both before our stay, and during our time in Avoriaz. As a family we found it hard to fault this accommodation, and would happily rebook in future.

Heel mooie skiweek!

Appartement is zoals vermeld: heel netjes en geriefelijk. Mooie keuken, raclette en fondue zijn voorzien. Heerlijke douche. Bedden zijn prima. Terras heeft zon tot de middag. In en out skiën verliep super. Eigenaars erg vriendelijk en responsief. We zouden deze locatie in de toekomst zeker opnieuw huren, Bedankt!

Séjour en famille très agréable

Dès le pas de la porte franchie, on se sent en vacances.... L'appartement idéalement situé (calme et proche du centre de la station), est petit mais très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. La propreté est irréprochable. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont également à relever. Les petits plus: le radiateur sèche-serviettes, le caquelon à fondue et l'appareil à raclette :-) Bref, on recommande cet appartement autant pour un couple que pour une famille.

Studio très bien placé au cœur de la station

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Avoriaz dans ce studio. Les prestations sont de qualité et la décoration soignée. Le logement est bien situé à proximité du centre et cependant au calme + à proximité des pistes : départ à ski, retour à ski. Idéal !

Knus en comfortabel appartement, ideaal gelegen.

Volledig gerenoveerd en gezellig appartement op de 9de verdieping met alle voorzieningen (inclusief vaatwas). Gelegen op het einde van de gang en dus kalm. Zeer praktisch voor skiërs. Je kunt met de ski's aan de voet vertrekken en toekomen op de piste langs de achteruitgang op de 5de verdieping. Efficiënte communicatie met Laure, hartelijk onthaal en zeer flexibele mogelijkheden voor vertrek. We konden dus vóór de grote drukte en vóór de files vertrekken door de sleutel achter te laten in de key locker. Nooit zo vlot terug naar huis gereden. Smaakt duidelijk naar meer. Sterk aangeraden.

Un vrai bonheur

Rénovation de bon goût. Propreté impeccable. Calme. Bonne literie. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. En plus le magasin Sport 2000 est au pied de l’immeuble, on peut même y aller en chaussettes si on veut 😁.

Fantastic apartment - highly recommended

I cannot recommend Laure’s apartment highly enough. Location wise it is perfect - lifts, ski school, supermarket and restaurants all within 2-5 mins walk/ski. It was perfect size for the 4 of us, beds were comfortable, apartment was nice and warm and has a great shower which is a perfect after a long day on the slopes. WiFi was surprisingly good. Laure has thought of everything and it has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. Laure was a pleasure to deal with and I hope we get the opportunity to use her lovely apartment again in the future.

Excellent séjour!

Nous étions 4 dans cet appartement ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants dont un bébé d'un an). Réalité conforme à la description. Appartement refait à neuf avec goût. Tout est bien pensé. Emplacement idéal: proche des commodités sans les nuisances sonores. Propriétaire très sympathique et très à l'écoute. Laure a pris soin de nous contacter avant pour savoir si nous avions pensé à tout et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nécessaire pour commencer le séjour plus simplement. Excellent séjour. A conseiller!!!!

Super emplacement et petit prix pour la station !

Très bien placé vers le centre mais à distance raisonnables des bars/restaurants (sans bruit donc) l'appartement est bien aménagé et il est facile d'y séjourner à 3. La propriétaire sera à votre écoute (très sympa) et à la part un rafraîchissement intérieur, il ne manque rien à l'appartement!

Super Séjour !

L'appartement est sympa, parfait pour 4 personnes ou moins mais pas plus. (2 adultes et 2 enfants pour nous) Bien fourni : cafetiere, micro ondes, appareil à raclette, TV, Internet, etc... Bien situé au calme, on part et on rentre en ski, ascenseur à côté de l'appart, bref idéal ! On garde l'adresse, les propriétaires sont sérieux et sympathiques. On recommande.
