This house is part of our cottages "Le Clos Joséphine".
New, fully equipped and tastefully decorated in a style that is both contemporary and chic, we suggest you spend some time relaxing by the pool 8 x 4 m with unobstructed views of the hills and the surrounding wilderness. Nestled in a charming little valley in Provence, and a small residential hamlet in the village preserved PROPIAC, with its 80 inhabitants! it is the perfect place to 'take a break'! 65 m2, we offer you a ground floor with kitchen, nice living room sip of light and small storeroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, an unclosed sleeping area, bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet. Completely new, our little country house is equipped with wifi, TV Led 82cm, DVD player.

Fin d'année au calme

La bastide est bien située pour des randonnées et des visites dans la région. La maison est agréable et pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du village et le ciel bleu.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Privatsphäre. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat alles bestens vorbereitet. Besonders für Feriengäste mit Hund geeignet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Repos dans un paysage fantastique

La maison a tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin est formidable et complètement clôturé ce qui était pratique pour notre chien. Pas loin de buis les baronnies pour faire les courses ou restaurants. Les chambres à coucher sont assez petites, donc idéales pour une famille avec des enfants. Belles balades dans le coin. Belle piscine! On a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung

Das großzügige Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Eine große Terrasse mit Webergrill und der einladenende Pool vervollständigt das Ambiente. Der kleine Ort ist sehr charmant und zu den Kletterfelsen ist es nicht weit. Buis bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Perfekte Organisation und sympathische Hausverwalterin. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Sehr schön!

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern und einem Hund, eine sehr erholsame und schöne Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen von Sylvie verbracht. Das Haus liegt einbettet in schöner Natur in dem kleinen Örtchen Propiac. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Sylvie ist ein sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, von der man zur Begrüßung mit kleinen lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt wird.

Peace and tranquility

We spent a lovely 3 weeks in Propiac. This was helped by the perfect Provencal weather. The property was well equipped and clean. The pool our main attraction and was used every day.It was quite a trek to the nearest shops but with such a large freezer, this presented no problem. It might be helpful to mention the stairs which were quite steep for an elderly person or young child. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Lovely modern property in a delightful tranquil setting.

I loved it here and had a wonderful week. The grounds and pool are very private and the accommodation is very well equipped for a completely self-contained stay. You will of course need a car due to the remoteness. If you cycle there are some great roads to ride around here, not least Mont Ventoux. Sylvie was the perfect host; available when needed but otherwise happy to let you get on and enjoy your stay.

CALME ET PAYSAGE DE REVE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les quelques jours passés à Propiac malgré la météo capricieuse. Le gîte est très agréable est bien équipé pour 6 personnes. Il faudra revenir en plein été pour profiter de la piscine tout en admirant le magnifique paysage alentour. Merci à Sylvie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils... et à bientôt ? les KALBE

Déception: lotissement neuf inachevé

Tout d'abord précisons que nous avons logé dans la maison de droite en arrivant: cela a son importance quant aux extérieurs. Les points positifs: jolie décoration intérieure, maison avec des équipements de qualité, propre (sauf la douche); gentille attention de la propriétaire qui offre des douceurs locales à l'arrivée; attrait de la piscine privée. Magnifique ciel étoilé nocturne. Accueil agréable (quoique assez désinvolte, cf sécurité piscine). Les points négatifs: grosse déception pour nous, d'après l'annonce et les photos nous nous attendions à être dans un environnement un peu ancien, sinon isolé (l'adjectif "résidentiel" après "hameau" a été rajouté suite à nos remarques...). En fait on arrive dans un lotissement en construction, avec ce que cela comporte de négatif: terrains en friche, bétonnière, bâches pour isoler des voisins... Cela ne fait pas du tout ambiance vacances. De plus les extérieurs de la maison sont trop négligés: mauvaises herbes hautes qui envahissent les plantations, bâches disgracieuses mal fixées pour isoler des voisins, gravier tout autour de la piscine ce qui fait qu'on ne peut marcher autour, pas d'ombre: vous ne pourrez pas vous prélasser dehors. Enfin, un des éclairages de la terrasse avait disparu, on n'y voyait pas grand-chose pour manger à la nuit tombée. En résumé l'accent est mis sur la déco (jolie) et sur les charmes de la "Provence", mais l'environnement n'est selon nous pas attractif, car loin de tout sans les avantages de l'isolement.

Agréable semaine de vacances

Très belle prestation dans bastide neuve très bien équipée. Point central pour rayonner entre Nyons, Vaison-la -Romaine, Buis-les-Baronnies, Malaucène, le Mont Ventoux, etc.. à travers de magnifiques paysages vallonnés pittoresques, entre oliviers, vignes et lavandes. Nombreux restaurants sympathiques. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et ses conseils.
