• Internet Speed. This property is equipped with an internet connection with speeds up to 10 Mbps.
• Boil Water Advisory. Please note, due to Hurricane Helene this home is currently under a Boil Water Advisory from the City of Asheville. Guests should bring their own water for drinking and cooking, and stay aware of the City of Asheville recommendations during their stay. A Boil Water Advisory Agreement must be signed to confirm the booking. Please inquire for more details.
