Great month

Condo is exactly what you see in the listing. Rudi the housekeeper was phenomenal. Sayuri who looks after any issue you may have was quick to fix any issue. Entertainment was wonderful to have access to every channel you could think of. The pool which is heated is a huge plus.

Fabulous Place to Stay on Beautiful Cozumel

Spacious and nice place right on the water with daily housekeeping service. This place is a great find! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again. The grocery service was also helpful so we had some basics when we got there.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was fabulous to have the pool and beach access. We traveled with small children and used Sandra’s Kitchen service for meals and it was the best food we’ve ever had. Ledge was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

Perfection endures….

This is my 2nd time at this property and it is as wonderful now as it was last time. Everything you need, comfortable beds, great snorkeling out front, and wonderful property manager and housekeeper. I want to keep it secret so it is always available when I want to come. Don’t hesitate to book it!!!

Very spacious and a fantastic value

The owner of the Condo was great with communication, and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The Condo seemed HUGE, well appointed, and extremely nice. Floor to ceiling windows in every room made for a absolutely gorgeous view. 2 master suites is also very nice and well appreciated. Close to town, mostly quiet, and very safe, which is typically the way we feel when we visit Cozumel. I'll consider staying here next time down. Oh...and we loved loved loved having sweet Ruby come every morning and make our beds, do the dishes, and pickup after us. Super sweet lady and really helped us relax.

Coastal Oasis

My husband, daughter, and I recently stayed at this condo for 8 days. It was our second time here. We absolutely had to come back! It is always truly a dream come true. The moment you step out onto the large spacious balcony, you are greeted with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. The condo itself was immaculately, clean and well appointed, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to a local beach club.(Tequila Beach Club). Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain during our stay. (In mid June). The windows on the street side leaked. That is our only concern. We enjoyed the complementary hammocks on the beach balcony and the grill on the back balcony. It really feels like home. We definitely want to come back! Thank you so much for this condo right in the beach!!

Vista Dulce was an excellent Condo

Vista Dulce has everything you could ever need or want while staying in Cozumel. Sayuri took such care of us. Family get away

This is a beautiful property that was reflected well in the photos. Our family gathered to celebrate a birthday and all were comfortable (ages 6 mo to 60 years) and had enough space. Waking up to sweeping views of the ocean was amazing! We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking meals and had Sandra’s kitchen come in to cook a delicious meal one night. The building was secure, the beach was clean and we had a great time snorkeling off the shore. The heated pool was a highlight for all of us. The property manager is quick to respond to any needs. Recommend this condo highly!

Simply the best!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, quiet, and that view! Property manager, Sayuri, was so sweet and took great care of anything we needed! Turquoise 180 degree View

Huge, cozy, affordable condo-home with many window views of sea and jungle! Loved location: not in town, but close. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony watching the boats, cruise ships, and locals swimming. Enjoyed watching a couple of movies on t.v., barbecuing, swimming in your clear-blue water on sandy beach! Even snorkeled and saw a variety of fish! Ruby was a dear and cleaned for us too! Would recommend this condo for a week or more stay!

Trip to paradise

This was our fifth trip to this beautiful beachfront paradise. I can't say enough about staying here. This home is the nicest vrbo that we have stayed at anywhere. Ledge is also by far the best host that we have ever had. We cannot wait until our next trip to cozumel. We know it will be at this flawless prperty with the very best owner. An amazing vacation

The condo unit was wonderful Very roomy and spacious and clean. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Maid service very efficient and well done Had everything we needed Beach chairs and snorkeling equipment Plenty of beach towels Games and books and TV Ledge was very responsive to any issues and responded very quickly. Fabulous spot!!

We had a great time at Vista Dulce! The condo was perfect, lots of space, very clean, I didn’t think we needed the housekeeper Ruby to come every day but it was a nice treat to have everything so freshly cleaned each day! The balcony each morning watching the waves was perfect and we snorkeled every day right from our beach! It was a great location with lots of excursion options! We highly recommend this spot!

A Little Bit of Heaven

This condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. The view is breathtaking. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath is very roomy and beautifully decorated. The small beach in front was a plus as most places do not have a beach. The pool has an ocean view and was by used by us most days. A taxi or car is needed to get to shopping or restaurants. We highly recommend renting this unit.

Paradise!

Our experience at Vista Dulce was absolutely perfect. The location was perfect. The condo was perfect. The beach and snorkeling right outside of our door was perfect and the freshwater pool was perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchen and space to relax in after being outside and in the water all day. Ledge and Fulvio are so easy to work with. One thing that I must note....I suffer from hip issues and our king size bed needed a bit more cushion to make sleeping more comfortable for me. I suggested a mattress topper for one of the beds and within hours, two mattress toppers were delivered and put onto each king bed in the unit. Wow. What service and accommodation. If you're questioning whether or not this is the right location or unit for your family get away, I can assure you a magnificent experience. The Lobster House and Key Lime pie 0.6 miles away from the property is something you don't want to miss! I am going to miss my morning walks, coffee on the balcony, and the sound of the waves crashing outside the bedroom door.

We love it!

This has been our 4th time staying at Dulce Vista! It’s a great condo! Big and spacious all the way around; main rooms and 3 large bedrooms. Lots of natural light with views of the ocean and jungle! Maid service everyday is great and Ruby is so kind…we feel like she is family now! The owner is very responsive. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Great for family, right on beach!

The 3 bedroom condo was great for accommodating our family. We appreciated that each room had a private bathroom. The views from the two master rooms can't be beat. The patio area was spacious and ideal for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment. The daily cleaning service was an added bonus. We spent most of our time at the beach, we were surprised at how many fish we saw while snorkeling there. The beach club nearby was busy with cruise ship people, but was never overly crowded. Besides the beach club there wasn't much to eat within walking distance, but many wonderful places to eat were a short taxi away. The security staff were always helpful with information and getting us taxis, sometimes very early in the mornings. The owner was amazingly responsive and checked on us via email during our stay.

Relaxing and comfortable

We were disappointed that it poured rain almost the entire time we were in Cozumel, but so glad we rented this property rather than staying at a hotel! Because we stayed inside a lot with the horrible weather, this place really helped make our stay very comfortable. We did a puzzle, watched movies, cooked meals, read books, and enjoyed time as a family. The sounds of the ocean at night were so peaceful. Ruby, the woman who cleans is so kind and Fulvio and Ledge were very responsive to our requests. Staying on the north end keeps you out of all the crazy traffic next to and south of the main square, so it is VERY easy to get around by car from this condo. It was perfect for our needs and we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Vista Dulce

We had a perfect family vacation at this perfectly beautiful and well maintained condo. It was comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for...up to date appliances, comfortable furnishings, 31/2 baths, great WIFI and streaming televisions, and gorgeous view from the huge balcony. The location and condo security were also top notch. We felt very safe and the short drive to town was so convenient. Our kids also enjoyed the snorkeling off the shoreline! Plenty of fish to see. We hope to return again!

We got tired of staying in places that were poorly furnished and uncomfortable. We wanted a place that felt like home, so we furnished Vista Dulce for ourselves. We also wanted access to all the latest technologies, so we could live there if we decided to. It was only afterwards that we thought about renting out our home. We take maintaining Vista Dulce in top condition very seriously, so you will feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that was on a white sand Caribbean beach, within 4 hours of Denver and a place that never got cold in the winter. After searching Florida, Puerto Rico, BVI's and the mainland of Mexico, we kept coming back to Cozumel. When we first walked in and saw only blue sky and turquoise waters, it took our breath away; hence the name, Vista Dulce (Sweet View).

What makes this property unique

Vista Dulce is quiet and takes up an entire floor, so we have no one on either side making noise. You walk right out onto the terrace that overhangs the beach and the Caribbean. It is private but only a few minutes to town. Las Brisas is the best location on the island with only 14 units; only 4 for rent. It's like having the whole place to yourselves.
