Sanctuary setting for mind, body and soul. Natures beauty surrounds you in this simply magical location. There are not many properties facing a lake where you can enjoy spectacular Arizona sunsets while relaxing on the patios.

This condo is surrounded by water, green grass and trees. You would never guess you were in the desert. Great for 2 travelers since both bedrooms have their own ensuite bath attached as well as a half bath downstairs.

Out the gate and you are on the bike path, walking along side the lake - truly a feeling of tranquility and instant relaxation.

3-5 min walk from Lakeview coffee and Butters for breakfast and pancakes or Crust for Italian cuisine, also PHX beer over looking the lake! There are many other restaurants and coffee shops walking distance from my condo.

Comfortable, peaceful decor to rest, relax and rejuvenate while staying away from home.
Enjoy being close to everything, yet feeling away from everything at the same time.

Somewhat disappointing

The property is located in a beautiful spot on Lake Marguerite and close to many restaurants. The checkin code was sent day of travel which was anxiety producing as well as inaccurate. Management Company was responsive and by mid day of2nd day we were settled in. Townhouse has a nice complement of food preparation and paper goods and everything was labeled for ease of location. Pool area was very nice and quiet and being on water pathways was wonderful for walking.What was disappointing was that the carpet throughout unit is stained and furniture is old and uncomfortable. There is also little lighting to read. The 1st level patio is wonderful and nicely appointed but was not cleaned prior to stay.Unit could be a great destination but the carpet and furniture need to be updated.

Comfortable place on the water.

Nice dwelling with walking access to eating places. Securely gated. Wonderful host. We especially loved the upstairs balcony in the afternoon. Very friendly neighbors as well.

Needs updating

Walked in to a terrible odor from old garbage left in garage located by kitchen. The dining and living room furniture very worn. Could not used kitchen table wobbly and filthy. The carpet had stains throughout the unit and needs to be replaced. Should inform guests that the pool was closed and not heated . The location was good and adjacent to walking trail with restaurants in walking distance. The management rep came out to fix the t thermostat was very pleasant and noted the numerous issues with this unit.

What a lovely place to stay! Kelly's place is a real gem. It was super clean and well outfitted- stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, towels, blankets, appliances, cleaning supplies, and anything else you might need. It was very handy to have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. You won't want for anything! My family loved having coffee on the patio, walking along the lakeside pathway to nearby shops and restaurants, lounging by the pool, and enjoy the condo and grounds. We were also very pleased with the location; we were just a short and easy drive away from many attractions, stores, and cool spots. I would happily book here again in the future. In fact, I wouldn't book anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lakeside Rental

Nestled on nature's splendor, our recent stay at the lakeside rental property was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking surroundings that embraced us in a tranquil embrace. We were delighted to find that our accommodation offered panoramic views of the glistening lake, allowing us to wake up to the most spectacular view of the lake. This property’s prime location, perched on the lake, allowed us to immerse ourselves in the quietness of the breathtaking ambiance . Whether it was taking a leisurely stroll along the walking trail or watching families enjoy quality time the beauty of the surroundings was magical. The property hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The centralised cooling was a huge bonus in the Arizona heat. In terms of amenities, the rental provided everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Thanks again, we’d highly recommend this lakeside rental property.

Kelly's condo is located in a great area that's close to the shared path, lake, restaurants and is furnished with everything we needed. Kelly is a great host and made our stay enjoyable!

Fantastic

Centrally located nicely decorated Condo with beautiful view off patio. A lot of really good restaurants close by. Walking trail just behind unit. Also liked the fact community was gated and had attached garage. Kelly was great to work with which made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent Location! Really close to everything! I like the secure surroundings and access to the bike path right outside the door. The sunsets were amazing from the patio! The condo is spotlessly clean and so bright and well decorated. I liked how welcome Kelly made us feel and checking in and out was a breeze!

What a gem, lakeside views, centrally located.

Kelly is a great host...made it easy for us to check in and out. The condo is literally right off of a path for walking & exercising. Best of all, is the view of the lake and mountains. would love to have a place like this someday for ourselves.
