Located conveniently between the Deschutes River and Woodlands Golf Course, this home has everything needed for a relaxing weekend away. The well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and gas cooktop is adjacent to the dining room with seating for 8. A cozy wood stove adds warmth on those chilly winter nights, and ceiling fans throughout keep this home comfortable on warm summer days.

Relax in the secluded living room, enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV, or just taking in the beautiful Deschutes River views. This room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa for extra space. Head out to the back deck for some fresh air, sunshine, a soak in the private hot tub or to fire up the grill.

Downstairs find a King bedroom suite with an attached full bathroom with gorgeous marble tile and oversized tub. Bathroom leads out to fully enclosed private hot tub area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is another full bathroom/laundry room.

Upstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom with marble tile and twin shower heads, as well as two nicely separated bedrooms. One is a large King bedroom and the other is a Pyramid bunk with twin over queen bed.

This home allowed a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation with a $250 refundable security deposit.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
