This villa is located 3km from the ocean and from Armaçao de Pêra. The situation is very calm with a view on the countryside and a private swimming pool, all in a green setting of 7000 m2.

Intended for families and lovers of nature and sport, this property is located in the countryside but close to all amenities, restaurants, the ocean.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with two single beds and one with a double bed, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning, internet, wifi and television.

The exterior is a real relaxation area with garden, barbecue, swimming pool and terrace. Work has taken place to refurbish the exterior of the villa: two walls have been built around the swimming pool, an electric gate and a metal fence completely close the property.

Peaceful villa

The villa is located in a very quiet area just outside of Alcantarilha, just a few minutes from shops and town but far enough away that you don’t hear anything whilst lying by the pool. Inside is well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. The main attraction is the pool area, again very clean, the pool is a good size for swimming laps and there are ample beds for sunbathing. We only used the double bed so can’t speak of the others, but the bed was comfortable and large enough that you feel like you’re on your own. We weren’t expecting having to put toilet paper in the bins in the bathrooms, probably because we’re British, this is explained by the owner as being due to paper blocking the septic tank, which really didn’t turn out to be much of a chore. A couple of minor negatives, there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last us the entire stay and there weren’t any dishwasher tablets despite the inventory saying that there should be. We didn’t mind going to the shops and buying some sp not a big deal. If that’s all we’ve got to complain about then it’s not bad at all!

20th anniversary

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. We planned lots of days out, as the villa is so well located, however, our boys always wanted to stay and play in the pool all day. But do find some time to explore the local coast and boardwalks......very relaxing 😌. Well done to André and his team 👏 👍

Good location

Villa is conveniently located near major roads, so getting around Algarve by car from there is easy. Yet the location is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy the nature sounds. The place has a big, clean pool and plenty of space around the house. The house itself is spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is sufficient, although placed only in two places in the house. There are some drawbacks, like a lack of bug screens in windows, the smell of mold in bedrooms, and poor Internet connectivity. Still, overall, it is an excellent place for the summer holidays if you are looking for a quiet place with a great pool and a good location for getting around southern Portugal by car.

Magnifique et très calme

La villa est idéalement située, au calme, avec une rapidité d'accès à tous les services en quelques minutes de voiture (plages, magasins, marché, loisirs...). Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie excellente. Petit reproche tout de même: le mobilier et la décoration IKEA mais le reste est tellement agréable que cela devient anecdotique. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et réactif. Tout a été conforme à ce que nous attendions et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Ein super schönes Anwesen, tolle Lage mit schönem Blick. Sehr gepflegt. Ansprechpartner vor ORT sowie Vermieter selbst, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort, immer wieder. Echt Klasse !!!!!!!!!

Peace and tranquillity

The owners have gone a long way to make sure everything is taken care off. Fully equipped villa great pool and a drive with an electric gate makes you feel secure. We visited for a week for an absolute chill week and that’s exactly what we got. Already planning a return visit!!

Perfect family holiday house in a great location

We loved staying at Vivenda Canelas - it was just what we wanted: perfectly located to explore the Algarve, with a great pool for refreshing morning swims and with lovely countryside views from the windows. AMAZING stay at Vivenda Canelas!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vivenda Canelas! The property is lovely and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Is situated well away from Algarve's busy places, so you are guaranteed to have a nice, relaxed, stress and noise-free holiday with your friends/family. But it's also close from supermarkets, and the best beaches in Algarve are also a short-drive away. The host was always very responsive and helpful which made the experience even better. I honesty couldn't recommend André's place enough. I'm sure we'll return to Vivenda Canelas sometime.

Très bon sejour au calme mais à proximité de tout

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout était conforme à l'annonce et la maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Aucun vis à vis, pas de voisins à proximité immédiate, nous étions vraiment tranquilles. Pour autant nous étions à 15 minutes des magnifiques criques (Benagil, Albandeira) et à 2 minutes d'Armação de Péra. Encore merci pour cette semaine fantastique et à bientôt. Hugo

Fantastic Stay

Really lovely villa in a very very peaceful location. Communication with Andre during the booking process was brilliant, all questions answered very quickly. The villa is about 3k (5 - 10 minute drive) from the coast where you will find lovely beaches and lots of restaurants. The pool is wonderful - in the sun for about 12 hours (parasols provided) - and the cleanest we've ever seen. A really good size also. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very well equipped. Never been to the Algarve before so it was an ideal central location for exploring. Highly recommended !!!!
