Charming cottage in the heart of Burgundy climates

Right in the center of the village of Savigny-les-Beaune, this gîte is a former local grape picker which has just been completely restored. Work has been done to preserve the authenticity of the place and to have all the necessary comfort for a good stay. On the ground floor, a living room with an open kitchen barely separated by a workshop canopy. All on 33 M2 of burgundy stone. A superb oak staircase takes you upstairs where you have on the left, the bedroom and on the right, the S of B. The whole also on 33 M2. In the living room you have a sofa bed which can open into a double bed.

Cute cottage in Burgundy
The cottage was nicely renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom but maintaining its old charm. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob if you want to self cater. Close to Beaune and local vineyards.

Rustic country charm with ultra modern conveniences.
Michel & Caroline welcomed us with great hospitality.We were extremely comfortable in their newly converted barn conversion. The pictures describe this home away from home precisely and the fireplace a bonus. We were in the heart of the Côte Dor wine region, less than 10 min from beautiful Beaune centre. Our hosts recommendations were excellent from winery's to restaurants. The Hospice in Beaune was a delight . Be sure to book ahead for a wine tastings as not to be disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return one day. Wonderful memories will be taken away.

Prachtig verblijf in mooie Bourgogne
Het huisje is door de eigenaars omgetoverd in een heerlijk vakantieverblijf. De combinatie van het moderne comfortabele interieur met de mooie oude kenmerken maken het een plek om naar terug te keren. Fijn het supermarktje en bakker op loopafstand zijn. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Voor ons was dit verblijf de ideale uitvalsbasis voor onze fietstochten en bezoeken aan Dijon en Beaune. De ontdekking van de Mozesput in Dijon was het hoogtepunt van ons verblijf!

Perfect location for touring Burgundy
The property is outstanding. We had a great stay spending several nights in the quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. The location was easy to find and the check in with the owner was very easy. The kitchen is well organized and you can cook a variety of meals. Bathroom is spacious and the washer and dryer were a great asset. I highly recommend this property for a couple.

We enjoyed the location and how this felt very much like a "farmhouse" feel. Easy access to town. All the needed supplies provided. Plenty of space. Host was easy to contact and always very responsive. They were also very helpful, offering tips and even gave us a bottle of wine. Much appreciated. We used out data for wifi (walls are super thick from the very old construction.. so wifi is spotty at times).

Absolute perfection in Sauvgny les Beaune
Michel and Carolyn have the most wonderful place. The location is perfect for walking in town or a short drive to Beaune. The home is very clean and has all updated amenities you could want.
