5 Bedrooms*Close to Beach* Pool*Tiki Hut* Newly Renovated**

Ground level home with large pool and tiki bar. Our home has been totally renovated with all new flooring, bathrooms, furnishings, paint and linens. New pictures coming soon. This spacious ground floor home is located about a block (we counted 350 steps) to the white sands of the Beach of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico on a quiet street with no thru traffic. Very centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants in Holmes Beach.

Keyless entry door, intelligent AC thermostats, pool controller, garden lighting, irrigation, everything linked via Internet.

You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to
a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property.

Our HVAC systems are equipped with germicidal UV lights which reduce biological contamination and improve air quality.

There are two living areas and a large dining area.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bath, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are master bedrooms with a king bed and an adjacent full bath each. The fifth bedroom (children's favorite) has two queen beds. The second and the fifth bedroom share a hallway full bath.
The front entry room has a large 50"flat screen TV and a sofa. The living room also has a large 65" flat screen TV with Dolby Surround System. All bedrooms have TVs. All TVs are smart TVs with built-in Roku and OTA digital antenna reception. The glass back wall opens to the screened lanai and spacious pool area.
Huge, heated pool, beautiful landscaping, Tiki Bar, space for beach toys (not provided, but often left over by previous guests), beach cart.

Friendly and competent local management ready to help quickly if need arises.

Bicycles and golf carts are always available to rent on the island. The public trolley runs about every 15 minutes.

Great week!

Loved AMI. The house was very nice and clean. Loved the pool, deck area, and screened in porch. Grill area was a nice plus. Short walk to the beach. AC worked well in the main living space but not in the bedrooms. Warm in those areas.

Beach vacation

The house was a great layout for the amount of people we had. The pool had great sunshine all day! Many kitchen supplies were provided. Close to the beach! We had a good stay and would recommend this property.

Amazing Vacation!

We had a great stay! There were 8 of us and the house can easily fit 10 with lots of room/privacy. The location is just a walk to several restaurants and the beach. We rented an 8 person golf cart and it was perfect for getting to shopping/dinner. The living space is nice and open and the pool area with the screened in porch is great for hanging out, having a drink and playing cards. We highly recommend and will definitely plan to stay again!

Great getaway

This house was amazing. It is on a quiet street but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Had a golf cart to get around the island and it was so easy. We never left the island for food, etc. I highly recommend this property. The contact was very easy to deal with and answered all questions I had. No issues at all from booking to check out.

House is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Made it easy to catch the beautiful sunsets each night. The kids enjoyed having the pool as well. House worked for our group of 8. Needs more towels but otherwise was pretty well stocked.

There were 10 of us in the house. The house was set up perfectly for our 3 families. The kids LOVED the pool and spent hours in it! Lots of room in the dining room and the living room for watching movies in tv.

Fabulous Family Getaway

My favorite part of this property was the amount of bedrooms and baths. Each family in our group had their own full bath to bath children and enjoy some privacy. The pool was a favorite with the grandkids. So nice to come off the beach and swim until supper. The tiki bar was a great hangout for parents and kids alike. Grandpa was the perfect bartender. Will stay here again.

Excellent location and wonderful layout

The house was perfect size for our group of 10. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, there were extra blankets in the closet and we didn't need for a thing. The only negative is the outside trash was completely full and smelled awful upon our arrival but was collected the next day so the situation resolved itself. Would definitely recommend this house for a bigger family gathering
