Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Also, when leaving the condo you walk into an atrium and not the elements, this is great if staying in the winter months or when it happens to rain!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in orange beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom.

New living room and bedroom furniture in 12/18.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Located just steps from the elevators and parking garage! Park on the same floor as the condo!!



We also have another 2br and 1br on this floor should you need more space.

Great location for access to live muy

The ability to walk to the famous Flora-Bama bar was the best. Live music, fun crowd and good drinks. Also a short drive to Gulf Shores State park with miles of hiking and biking trails. Lots of great restaurants s short walk or drive away. Beautiful beaches.

Great place and great location

The condo itself needs a little updating, hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful, the guest bathroom had running toilet issues and the tub got clogged. They fixed right away, but it was a pain. Wasn’t thrilled with the bathrooms. Overall, loved the location and we had a great time.

Reunion

Beautiful property with an amazing location! We celebrated a 50th birthday, last cancer treatment and old military buddies weekend. Couldn’t have gone any better! They even had an Easter sun rise service at the Flora/Bama! Excellent time!

Great property! Some furniture needs updating

Clean and spacious condo. Location and amenities were great. Kids loved the indoor pool & hot tubs, as the water temps were still a little cold in early April. We also got the treat of watching a beach concert held next door at Florabama from our balconies. Only negatives were some older furniture that needs updating. The master bed is extremely firm, not comfortable at all in our opinion. One balcony chair is rusting/breaking, and the couch could use a good cleaning. Overall it was a great stay for multiple families all renting separate condos! BBQ area was nice for a big group in the evenings!

Spring Break with family

The Phoenix is always a great property to stay on. Very family friendly. The condo itself was great but needed a little work. The lamps didn’t work in both bedrooms and the remotes were very confusing. But overall it was wonderful!

Spring Break Vacation

We had a great time. Loved Phoenix X - check-in was so easy, facilities are awesome, location to everything was great. Our condo was so nice and perfect for us. The owner stayed in contact with us with updates from the time we paid our deposit to checkout. Also Ike's Beach Service is the best I've ever dealt with since going to the beach (Gulf Shores to Destin) from the 70's to present. Can't say enough about a really wonderful week.

Christmas Get Away

Our stay was great from the moment we checked in to the minute we left for home. We had never been south for Christmas and wanted to try it and we are glad we did even though the weather wasnt in our favor. Because the weather had the record lows for this time of year, we weren't able to be on the beach very much but was so happy to have the hottubs and heated indoor pool. The condo provided enough room so my husband and our 2 kids could have enough peronsal space and enjoy their hobbies. This is first time staying here and it won't be our last.

Girls trip 2023!

The location and the view is perfect. Walking distance to a few establishments. The condo was not clean at all. I spent the first few hours I was there cleaning and washing bedding. Toilet is double room wasn’t flushing. Still wasn’t fixed by time we left. Blood on toilet in double room. Blood on bedding. Furniture in living room needs to be deep cleaned and so does rug. We did get our cleaning deposit refunded. Hopefully these issues will be addressed and fixed for the next group. I did report mold on shower curtain in double room and a new one was brought to us and maintenance came and cleaned up mold.

Disappointed

Upon arrival, beds unmade and no linens. Commode guest bath would not flush. Sink stopped up, had to plung commode and sinkevery time it was used. Lounge chair on balcony was totally busted. Sofa cushions on one sofa were dirty and soiled, on the other the sofa cushion were on the busted lounger on balcony. Coffee pot old and fragile. Ice maker made very little ice. Beds have a very annoying squeak every time i moved. However, The condo had a great view of the beach. We made do of what we had and enjoy the beach and restaurants and shopping. Condo was Meh :/

Pictures looked great…Condo was very clean, and they left fresh flowers which was so very sweet! The facilities at Phoenix X were very nice. My only real complaints are the balcony furniture was pitiful and according to reviews has been that way for a while. I enjoy sitting in the balcony so this was quite a bummer for me. Also the King Size bed in the Master was horrible!!! The mattress felt like it “used” to be a pillowtop in maybe like 1985, but is now very hard and super uncomfortable. The headboard was also not attached well and it hit the wall every time you moved. By far the worst sleeping arrangement I have ever had at any condo in the Gulf Shores Orange Beach area. Phoenix X was a nice place but LOTS of people and LOTS of kids, which is not a bad thing but I would not recommend if you want a relaxing couples only weekend. It was loud EVERYWHERE and at 1:00 am people were still partying by the pool. Probably will never stay here again as it was expensive and not worth the price.

Spring break

The property is great. Impressive how they keep it so clean. The actual room was okay. The patio lounge chair was ripped and not usable. The table and chairs were very old looking. 2nd bathroom toilet didn’t work well. Would have had to contact an off site company to get help. The front desk is not helpful they do not help with any problems with this unit. Super disappointing that there was no opportunity for early check in. The floor was so sandy when we entered. Feet were caked with sand. Dresser draw handles broken. Mold on the bathroom shower curtain. Food caked on the side of the fridge. The unit could use a good deep clean.. half the toaster didn’t work. Great washer and dryer in unit, kitchen had almost any utensil you could need or want. The tv remotes didn’t work most of the time. Parking was nice cause you could park in the structure on the same floor as your room. Nice that it had keyless entry. Centrally located in the building. Just off the elevator. So was noisy most nights. No tennis courts like it said. Outdoor pool is gorgeous. But was not heated so it was colder than the ocean. Plan to come back to the property but would definitely recommend booking a room through Brett Robinson since they are located on site and can actually help with any questions or problems that you have. The rest of our party was able to have access to their room by noon because they contacted them once their room was ready. Great area. Walking distance to restaurants.

Decent location but not as advertised and poorly managed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid close to $3000 for a week at the beach in mid-May. This condo was advertised to be updated in 2018 and have tennis courts. Tennis courts was one of the main reasons my family booked this condo so we were very disappointed to hear the tennis courts were destroyed by a Hurricane over 2 years and no longer there. They plan to put in a lazy river (which is mentioned on the website) but construction hasn't even started. When we arrived, the condo bathrooms and kitchen had not been cleaned. I brought Clorox wipes and cleaned all the crumbs, coffee droplets, and hair from the sink/tubs myself. We also ran the dishwasher to clean the glasses with orange juice pulp and silverware that had food stuck on it. I called Management and was met with someone who said “what exactly do you want cleaned?” then told they would come next day between 10-12. They never showed up or called. He barely acknowledged the lack of tennis courts – only to say that he thought the website was updated. The garbage disposal doesn’t work which doesn’t bother me but when you run the dishwasher, it backs up into the sink – be prepared to clean the sink from all the grossness that erupts from the backed up pipes. I did not even bother to call the management about that as they clearly don’t care to address issues.To speak to the good points. The location is not bad but on the further end of Orange Beach. The outside pool and pool deck are maintained very well. They clean the deck and pier walkway to the beach all the time. I love the set up of the picnic tables and hose cleaning stations. Staff was very nice. I think the condo could use more shade and umbrellas around the pool for older adults and children as it gets very hot. The walk to the beach is perfect. However, be prepared that the condo uses all available space for their own rentable chairs/umbrellas. Those of us that bring our own, have to walk pretty far to find a spot. T
