This unit is perfectly located on the 6th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 6th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 6th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. This unit has been upgraded to include new cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen. We also have an extra half bath in the condo! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The unit is a bit outdated but was clean and fine for just the two of us for a short getaway. One of the outdoor balcony chairs had a piece of metal broken but was still sittable, could have called but just didn't want the disturbance. Wall attached hair dryer threw sparks and smoke so I unplugged it and found a spare hand held in the spare bathroom so again, just let it be. The bed was comfy and slept great and had soft linens and good pillows with many extra pillows in the closet. Appliances all worked properly and great sixth floor view of beach and the pool down below. Would rent again as we had a very relaxing time and were able to walk over to Flora Bama and across to the Waffle House for breakfast one morning. Phoenix X facilities were all clean and adequate !! Bought a few items from the pantry and they were very reasonable priced.

I love staying at Phoenix properties but was a little disappointed with this condo, especially for the price. Linens and towels were poor quality and the place needs a new coat of paint. Other than that, great views as advertised and good beach location.

Bathroom door was falling off. Toilet seat was broken. Floor was sticky. Pots were dirty. Smelled musty.Plus side, excellent view. Cute shower curtain.??? Why 14 extra pillows in the closet but no throw or light bkanket?Would not stay at this unit again. 1 of 3 hot tubs worked. Pools were clean & nice!

Location was perfect, but could use updating. There were rust stains, faucet leaks, and worn furniture. The shower curtain had mildew and the patio furniture was extremely worn. I will say that the property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Very nice layout. Beautiful view. Great location. Could have used more dining plates and silverware. Bath and 1/2 was nice touch for a one bedroom condo. Enjoyed our stay.

Great property. View is perfect. This unit is a bit beat up and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Plus bring your own Toilet Paper. They had a quarter of a roll in one bathroom and none in the other. Otherwise manager was easy to reach and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was dirty, furniture was old, dirty and not comfortable! The bedroom smelled musty and the carpet was awful. The bathtub was stained. Could not use the closet because there was so much stuff piled on the floor and it smelled horrible. Had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. Paint was peeling off most of the doors. This place needs a total renovation and needs to be cleaned. Do not go by the pictures on the site. The condo is nothing like it.I do not recommend this place!! Very dissatisfied!

This unit does have a great view of the beach. The indoor pool and hot tubs where nice. It was to cold to go to the beach and use the outdoor pool. However, the unit is in desperate need of updating. The living and kitchen area are not bad, the couch could use updating, but the bedroom carpet needs changed and the unit had a very strong musty/mildew smell. I almost checked out and looked for a different condo but my husband did not want to waste the money we paid as it was nonrefundable. If these issues were addressed this would be a fabulous unit, especially for the views. I did not reach out the contact as I really think a renovation would be the only way to help the odor. I have stayed at other condos on the beach and this is my first experience with one having a mildew smell. Not pleasant. We did decide to leave a day sooner.

Overall it was wonderful

We had a wonderful time for our long weekend trip. Charlie was AMAZING and great to work with - not a bad thing to say. The location was everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the couch was very uncomfortable/worn down and the bed had a slope on the side by the window. I would wake up feeling like I was falling off. It was an awesome time and we are very grateful that we stayed there!

Some cleaning and replacements

Great location. Could have been a little cleaner. The dishwasher Needs replaced as it did not clean properly. After washing dishes are still dirty. There is a smell in the main bathroom. Location and Phoenix X property are great. Pool is awesome and not a very far walk to the beach.

Adequate condo

The condo was ok for our purposes. There were some things that need to be fixed, i.e., a missing shelf bracket in a kitchen cabinet, dishwasher did not clean dishes, toilet paper holder loose in the bathroom, missing towel bar, couch in poor condition. Fortunately, these were minor inconveniences.

Also, We were not able to turn on the tv in the living room too many remotes for one tv. which we really didn’t watch.

Convenient

Good location. Elevators are quick. Staff is friendly. Room could use some updates as there is rust on the dishwasher. Bathroom in the master smelled like sewage. Old popcorn ceiling and needs painting. The mattress in the master bedroom slept like a dream. Very comfortable. The mattress on the pullout couch could use an update as well. We had a nice time.

Nice place to vacation

Unit was mostly clean, but found a fake eyelash in washing machine. Dishwasher has lots of rust on the outside and does not clean dishes, needs replaced. Master bed was very comfortable, but pull out couch was AWFUL, it needs replaced. There were two beach chairs but badly rusted and broken, unusable. The location and view was awesome. We really did enjoy our stay, the pool and hot tubs were just what we needed and walking to Flora Bama was perfect! I would definitely come back again!
