The 'Chalet des pistes is accessible by all weather and has a covered and enclosed parking with direct access to the apartment. It is located 2km by car from the center of La Clusaz. It is served by the shuttle gratuire with a ski bus stop 100m. It is also 100m from the gondola used by pedestrians to reach the village center. The South-West orientation of the apartment provides maximum sunlight and stunning views of the massive Beau Regard. There are two restaurants nearby: The 'Chalet des Praz', a must in La Clusaz and the 'Vieux Chalet', a hotel **** that offers one of the best cuisines in the region.

The apartment, bright, quiet and comfortable, is located on the shores of the Cret du Merle track, the main track which arrives directly in the village center. You leave and arrive on skis.

In summer, quiet in the middle of the green, no vis-à-vis. La Clusaz offers a multitude of recreation (hiking, biking, swimming, summer tobogganing, paragliding, golf ....). It is easy to park bikes in the hall in front of the apartment or in the closed garage.
