Mini air-conditioned villa in a seaside residence in Ghisonaccia. Located 150 m walk from a beautiful sandy beach accessible by a footpath. Close to shops, nautical activities, equestrian center and an animal park.
Living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor (+ washing machine). 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom upstairs with double bed (160x200), sink and toilet upstairs. Convertible sofa in the living room. Terrace and small garden. Wireless.
Cleaning fees to be paid on site: 40 euros.
Sheets, tea towels and towels are provided.
2 bed rails are available.
Possibility to rent another semi-detached mini-villa, together (12 people) or separately (6 people).

Un beau séjour en arriere-saison!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location dans cette petite maison, sobre, bien équipée, bien agencée, dans une résidence calme,certes à cette epoque de l'année, charmante, bien entretenue. Sa situation y a apporté beaucoup d'agrements: 3mn de la plage vaste et propre.....et proche des nombreux sites à visiter. ddd'agrements

Ganz problemloser Ceck in. Beata superfreundlich, Kommunikation in Englisch war auch kein Problem. Wasser und Bier standen kalt.Kekse lagen auf dem Tisch. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles pickobello. Schöner langer Strand. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der nah gelegene Militärflughafen, die Flugzeuge fliegen tief und das an manchen Tagen bis spät Abends. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen!!

Wunderbar

Es war einfach nur herrlich. Die ganze Marina-Anlage ist sauber, sicher und gepflegt und vor allem ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Sie spricht hervorragend Englisch.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour. MILLE mercis à beata pour son accueil et sa gentilesse et tout ses conseils pour visiter la région. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden freundlich von Beata empfangen und umfangreich über die Villa informiert. Die Ausstattung war konfortabel. Da wir im Wesentlichen Selbstversorger sind, ließ die Küche keine Wünsche offen. Für draußen gab es einen elektr. Tischgrill, der für uns völlig ausreichend war. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad zweckmäßig. Zuzüglich gab es auf der 1. Etage noch ein separates WC, was von Vorteil war. Zum schönen Naturstrand waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war für uns ein schöner Urlaub.

Vom Beziehen der Ferienwohnung bis hin zur Abreise ist alles reibungslos verlaufen. Lage in Strandnähe, ein *****Camping um die Ecke, auch mit Restaurant und Take Away Service. Wir haben hier nicht das erste uns sicherlich auch nicht das letzte Mal gebucht.

Tutto perfetto

Beata si é dimostrata estremamente disponibile e gentilissima. La proprietá si trova in un'ottima posizione, estremamente tranquillo e con accesso al mare in 2 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento necessita solo di alcuni piccoli ritocchi, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo nel complesso é ottimo.

Logement et emplacement idéal

Logement parfait pour 4 personnes. La machine a laver et la clim sont un plus. Accueil très chaleureux de Beata a l'arrivée et au départ. Emplacement idéal, très proche de la plage... Nous avons passe un excellent séjour.
