Very nice air-conditioned studio - quiet with the sea at your feet

Furnished studio decorated with care combining comfort and functionality, located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator and concierge.

2 steps from the sea, train station carnoles, bus stops and shops (supermarket, bank, bakery, butcher, restaurants ...)
 
The apartment has been completely renovated: air-conditioned, quiet (because does not overlook the street but on a very nice wooded area for relaxation), not overlooked, very bright, with terrace and sea view.

It consists of a large living room with a large bay window overlooking the terrace and the surrounding greenery and a sea view, a separate kitchen also has a large bay window, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Italian and a large dressing room.

The apartment is fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, iron, flat screen TV, electric shutters, air conditioning ....) with the possibility to take meals on the terrace.

Children are welcome: cot, high chair, bath are at your disposal.

The many attractions, the great variety of activities, or just the tranquility of the place, make it a perfect place for touring.

Nous sommes un couple avec bébé venant d'Allemagne. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur l'annonce et nous le regrettons pas. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la maman (Nadia) qui est adorable et très chaleureuse. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises, l'Appartement est nickel, propre et super bien organisé, à deux pas de plage et des commerces. vous ne manquez de rien. Karine, la propriétaire a pensé à tous même un guide des bonnes adresses, vraiment très gentille et très à l'écoute. Nous avons fais sa connaissance avant notre départ pour l'état des lieux et nous sommes vraiment ravie de la connaitre. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 1000% vous ne le regretterez pas ;) C'est sûr que nous reviendrons.

Pied à terre idéal
Appartement neuf, très bien équipé (il ne manque absolument rien et la literie est parfaite) et très propre. Emplacement idéal et tout proche du bord de mer. Il correspond en tout point au descriptif. L'appartement est orienté vers un jardin, il n'y a pratiquement aucun bruit. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Parfait, un vrai petit nid douillet
Cet appartement est un vrai petit bijou. Il est très propre, lumineux, très bien placé et au calme. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable surtout en été. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous y prenions nos petits déjeuners avec un joli aperçu mer ou montagne: à vous de choisir :-). Il est très bien équipé, tout y est. La mer est à vos pieds. Pas besoin de la voiture pour profiter des environs et pour aller à la plage. Un vrai bonheur!

Appartamento bellissimo con situazione perfetta
Abbiamo trascorso un ottima vacanza in questo appartamento decisamente piacevole, molto comodo e pulitissimo. A solo 2 passi dal mare, dei negozi e ristoranti, si po fare tutto a piedi senza usare la macchina. La casa è silenziosa, si dorme benissimo e la mattina si può fare colazione tranquilmente sul terrazzo; si usufruisce di tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina compresa la macchina del caffè, lavatrice, televisione e il wifi. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato tutto l'occorrente per la nostra bimba. Siamo stati benissimo!

Situation parfaite et accueil exceptionnel
Le logement est en tout point conforme au descriptif. Il est moderne et très propre. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est là et de qualité. La literie est impeccable. Nous avons aimé la décoration qui est faite avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et donnent de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Très bon relationnel. Nous espérons y revenir les prochaines années. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Excellent pied à terre
Beau studio très bien décoré, avec le soin du détail, propre et complètement rénové. Son confort et ses prestations nous ont fait nous sentir un peu comme chez nous: au calme, avec un aménagement pratique et une literie très confortable. Il est très bien situé, proche de tout à pied (restaurants, boulangerie....et surtout la mer que l'on voit depuis la terrasse). Très bon échange/communication avec les propriétaires tant lors de la réservation que lors de notre arrivée et départ. Tout ceci nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances. Choisir cette location c’est l’adopter! :-)

Très beau studio idéalement situé
Très beau studio, très propre, fonctionnel, bien aménagé, lumineux, au calme tout en étant proche de la mer et des transports en commun. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs précieux conseils (restaurants, ballades à faire, lieux à visiter...). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
