Resort size Pool & Jacuzzi beside our building!****THE TWO TOWERS ARE PRIVATELY OWNED & OPERATED & NOT A PART OF THE RESORT NEXT DOOR.***SUPER CLEAN***2 bed 2 bath Condo has some of the most spectacular views & sunsets in SW Florida. Located on Punta Rassa, a peninsula overlooking Gulf Of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands, this condo is adjacent to the 4 Diamond Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort. WE have Renovated Kitchen, Bedrooms and Baths: The kitchen includes all full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Quartz counter-tops, glass tiles, and Euro-style, cabinets complete the upscale look. The master bath contains a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your vacation laundry chores a little easier. The master bedroom and bath feature incredible view of the water, + a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in shower and closet + WASHER/DRYER and plenty of dresser storage for all your vacation belongings. NOTE: Under giant TV, the cabinet has a White Binder full of useful local info & WIFI Password. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed plenty of closet and dresser space and an adjacent bathroom with a large walk in shower. Our Tower has its own large pool & spa, resort size. The Pass is often busy with boaters, sailors, dolphin & manatee. Pelicans fly by your windows catching the tropical up-breezes. You have option to open up the Sliders to allow the Gulf Breezes come in & hear the waves lapping on shore. Hurricane Proof Windows all around if you wish for quiet. Our Tower has our own Beach Loungers for your use on Sand. Hotel Pools for Hotel residents only. The Marriott restaurants and Spa are available to the public & by reservation These amenities do not require a Marriott Guest Pass to enjoy. PRIVATE beach & chair/loungers plus many walking trails. Wonderful location and views!

A great visit with 5 star service! Great pool and hot tub too! Small issue with building elevator didn’t ruin our stay. Love the views and amenities. Close to both FMB and Sanibel! We’ll be back!

My girlfriend and I came for the week and it was beautiful! Stunning sunsets every night. Condo was clean,everything we needed to cook was here. Property manager was in contact every few days to check on us. Will definitely stay again.

Little disappointed

Overall the condo was well equipped and clean. The picture off the condo led you to believe there was a balcony that was outside of the unit. It was actually located inside the unit and with the warm temperatures you couldn't enjoy the fresh air. The first day we arrived we noticed the pool and area around the pool was closed and didn't open for the whole week we were there. Temperatures were in the low 90s all week so there was no placs to swim.The elevators weren't working one day so we had to walk down eleven flights of stairs The air conditioning stopoed working one night and had to be repaired the next day The property manager Mark was extremely helpful and understanding and did everything he could to make sure everything was as good as possible.I wish we would have been told that the pool was going to be closed prior to our arrival.

The condo was wonderful, breathtaking views. Watching the sunset every night from the condo was great. Many of the morning we saw dolphins. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. Communication with the owners were great. We were sad to leave but will be happy to return again. hopefully next summer. Would definitely recommend staying here.Thank you for a great place to stay for our trip.

What a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful condo! Very clean! Many kitchen amenities and even included essentials for cooking like seasons, oil, etc. Plenty of towels and bathroom essentials and laundry with supplies is an added bonus. Gorgeous views and just a few steps to the beach. Great hosts! Easy to communicate with.

This property was very well furnished and decorated. Felt as though it was very recently painted. It was supplied with everything we needed and the sunrises and sunsets were remarkable. The pool and hot tub area were very well maintained. We would definately stay at this place again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very beautiful condo with amazing views. The condo was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The booking process was very easy and anytime I needed anything or had any questions, the property management responded immediately. This condo was VERY clean and the views are amazing!! The owner responded to our questions. We got to enjoy the unit for two weeks. Nice and peaceful the first week, the second week, the unit above us decided to replace their tile floors and work started. We awoke to jackhammering each morning at 8:00 and it went on all day long. Not the owners fault. We knew there was no pool when we booked however the water at the beach area was very dirty; supposedly due to all of the rain lately? We were able to drive to For Myers beach and had a wonderful time. All in all, would book again if in the area.

Excellent communication. very clean very well supplied kitchen. Recliners have seen better days. Owner very generous with use of their personal property. Only negative was no pool. No reflection on owner. Pool has been closed over a year due to Hurricane Ian. HOA taking to long to compete repairs. I didn't particularly like the screen/glassed balcony. I am disappointed with VRBO. When you do a search and filter for a pool, this location should never pull into the search until the pool is operational.

The unit was just like the pictures showed, Everything was very clean and the view from the windows was unbelievable. The unit was very well stocked with dishes, glass's towels ect. The only 2 things that were difficult was the key to get in, if someone was not very mechanical, they could not get in. The other was the instructions for the TV, all I can say if we were not TV internet people we could not have watched it. Being said we are planning our next trip already and will stay here again
