Little Pink Cottage OBX in Nags Head, NC

Come stay at our Little Pink Cottage in south Nags Head, NC located roughly halfway between the two piers (Jennette’s and OBX fishing piers). 50 ft from the private beach access. Recently renovated head to toe! Sleeps 6 comfortably with super comfy mattresses and pillows. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, newly tiled interior bath, heated outdoor shower, screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, storage room with a washer and dryer, new central air system, TVs, wifi, cable, Roku TV, board games, and a Weber charcoal grill.

The Outer Banks has been awarded numerous times as the top beach for families! Nestled between Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills and Old Oregon Inlet, this area offers an endless amount of water and dune activities.

We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, comfort, and proximity to the beach! You and your guests get the whole house to yourself and will love not having to cross any streets walking to the private beach access. Spend the day on the beach and then grill out and enjoy the screened in patio views & ocean wave sounds!

You have the whole cottage to yourselves - a total of 754 sqft. There is a lockbox on the house that you will be given a code prior to your stay. Additionally, there are 3 parking spots on our property.

I stayed at the Pink Cottage for three nights. We enjoyed our visit. The location is easy to get to and quiet. You can hear the waves on the beach. The beach was beautiful. The accommodations were great!

Great OBX Location

The Little Pink Cottage is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the surrounding attractions the Outer Banks offers. The Booth family is fantastic to communicate with and they make everything simple and pleasant.

Loved it here!

Cute and cozy little house with a great location! Very relaxing and close to the beach. Not a lot of ppl around the time we went. Close enough to everything to be able to explore the coast and Ocracoke day trips. SO much to do! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little gem

We were in town for a wedding, so found a little spot nearby the venue. This was a perfect for our little group! Decor was tasteful- like a cute pink nautical cottage (sometimes beach rentals can be SO cheesy - this one is done well). Quick access to the beach, plenty of space on the screened porch to enjoy breakfast with the family or have a quiet cup of coffee while you listen to the waves. We plan to keep this spot on our radar and bring our daughters with us next time.

The Pink Cottage get away

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet stay at the pink cottage to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We live at Smith Mountain Lake , however my wife was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves the ocean. She was particularly happy to hear the waves breaking and feel the cool ocean breeze.

The perfect stay in OBX

The Little Pink Cottage was amazing. I admit, I was initially concerned about the size, but it was perfect for a family of four with an 8-year-old and 12-year-old. We had plenty of room to cook, play games, wash up after a day at the beach, and have our own space. You are STEPS away from sand, and the beach access was amazing. The cottage is stocked with all the essentials you need. Thank you for providing a completely perfect home away from home.

Perfect weekend location and place

We came down to the Outer Banks for a late fall fishing trip with my son, dad and I. The place is 30 feet from the beach, three bedroom, private road access to the water. Exactly what we needed. Communication with tue owners was great and they were extremely helpful.

Good experience but not spacious

The cottage was easy to find, very clean, shows a recent remodel, and was close to the beach as stated in the ad. Well-located for our events in Manteo. Has 3 bedrooms but we only used 2 (4 adults) and 1 bath/shower. The VRBO ad says "Sleeps 6 comfortably". I guess that is true but I can't imagine 6 adults all in the living area/kitchen at the same time - it's just too tight. And only 1 shower for 4 adults was a bit tough. If you have more than 4 adults its too small. Also - the owner does NOT supply linens - found that at in the ad stating a Covid measure. Really... are linens known to harbor the Covid virus or is this more of a profit-driven measure? Ad states you can rent them but we brought our own. For the rental cost, we should not have had to do either. Not sure we would stay here again - just too small and I have an issue with no linens being provided.

Despite a tropical storm warning, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Little Pink Cottage and OBX. Only comment is some wear and tear on the property not evident in the pictures - totally understandable being one row back from the beach. Thank you!

Overnight stay

Took a cousins trip for the week from Sunday-Sunday. 3 couples decided to come a day early so we rented the little pink cottage for the night. It was extremely clean, stocked with any thing and everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The beach access was perfect. I would definitely rent this beautiful little cottage for the week! Great job keeping up with your rental.

Quaint cottage with great location!

My husband and I had a great stay at the little pink cottage OBX for our honeymoon! I think some of the house could use a little TLC to be more accurate with the pictures, but we did come at the end of the beach season. The wifi wasn't great, but we watched the Roku with minimal issues. The proximity to the beach and nags head was AMAZING! Overall, great stay for the price!

Lovely visit

Cute clean house near to the beach. Had all we needed. Appreciated the outdoor eating space, outdoor shower, and proximity to the beach which was never too crowded. Great visit. Thank you!

Very clean house, close to the beach

We rented houses in OBX many times and this was the cleanest we’ve stayed at. It was a very short walk to the beach and close to many attractions. I would definitely recommend this rental to other vacationers.

Little Pink Cottage

This is a nice, small cottage just steps from the beach. There’s great shelling and the nicety of being off of the main thoroughfare. The neighborhood is a bit crowded but everyone was friendly. Lauren and Will were quick to answer when I had a question.

Why they chose this property

Semi-Ocean Front, 50 ft from Private Beach Access. Great South Nags Head Location about halfway between the piers. Location is prime surf fishing and only minutes to Pirates Coves and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Minutes to all of the restaurants, shopping and activities.

What makes this property unique

Proximity to the beach and having its own private beach access shared by the private street were major pluses. Not having to cross any roads and being able to just pick up and carry our things 50ft without having to get in the car is ideal for us.
