About this property

Nice 3 star apartment in the Aravis

We rent our apartment on the neck of the cross fry.
The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. The apartment has been rated 3 stars by the office furniture tourism.
For hikers our friends: the departure of the Beauregard plateau at the foot of the residence, the massive spreading the Sulens, Mount charvin, and all roads in the area are for you.
For our cycling friends: the neck of the Fry crosses the Col des Aravis, the colombière, bike path around the lake of Annecy and many other delight you. (Possibility of having a foot shop in the garage)

sporting events to come: the cyclo Grand Bo (road), the rock of the Alps (ATVs) and the trails KV

The apartment has a separate bedroom, shower room and separate WC
The kitchen is new with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave
The ski slopes are 3 minutes walk
A private garage is available as well as an outdoor parking space.
A cellar and a ski locker are included.

Joli studio bien placé
Séjour très réussi par la proximité du plateau de Beauregard pour le ski de fond, le ski alpin et les balades. L’appartement est joliment décoré et bien équipé et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.

Très bel endroit à Manigod
Appartement très agréable, résidence calme et très bien située près des départ de pistes de ski alpin et ski de rando, nombreuses balades à proximité immédiate. Navettes gratuites jusqu’à Thones ou la Clusaz. Communication au top avec les propriétaires, très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très bon séjour !
Très bon séjour, le logement est chaleureux, spacieux (a minima pour un couple) et très bien équipé. La situation est optimale pour profiter de la Croix Fry, du col des Aravis et de la Clusaz.

Bien au-delà de mes attentes ♡
L'appartement en chaleureux et décoré/agencé avec goût. Malgré les fortes chaleurs dehors, l'appartement est resté à température stable et confortable tout en restant bien aéré. La chambre est un cocon douillet avec assez d'espace pour ranger les effets personnels (+ une grande commode à l'entrée. La cuisine est super équipée et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait en plats et ustensiles pour cuisiner et recevoir mes amis dignement. L'appartement est propre et bien éclairé (orienté sud sur une vue MAGNIFIQUE. La situation est aussi un must car on se trouve juste à l'entrée des sentiers qui d'une randonnée féérique (le plateau de Beauregard, sur les Frêtes, etc) La nuit, pas ou vraiment très peu de pollution lumineuse, du coup j'ai profité de beaux moments à méditer sous les étoiles avec un verre à la main, sur la terrasse. Je pourrais continuer à parler du charme de ce lieu et du confort que cette réservation m'a apporté, mais pour la conclusion un grand Merci au super accueil et service de l'hôte Nicolas (et de son associé ;-) ) C'est sûr, je reviendrai!

Appartement très bien equipé avec très belle vue sur les montagnes. Emplacement idéal pour les departs de randonnées. Les petits plus (bienvenus quand la voiture est en panne...) : navettes gratuites à destination des villages alentours et livraison de pain le matin. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux du propriétaire, à l'écoute et attentionné. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances ! Grand beau temps toute la semaine : quelle chance nous avons eu !!! Le studio est très fonctionel ! La vue depuis le balcon est juste top ! Nous avons apprécié le confort de la literie également. Manigod : station familiale que nous avons découvert et nous avons adoré ! Nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois tellement nous avons apprécié l emplacement et le studio en lui même ! N hésitez pas ! Foncez pour louer ! Adresse de location à la montagne à garder...presque jalousement !!! Tout était parfait : le contact avec le propriétaire, les indications pour arriver à l appartement ! Merci à vous de nous avoir permis de passer d excellentes vacances chez vous !!! A bientôt j espère !
