Séjour

Appartement bien situé juste besoin de traverser la rue et nous sommes à la plage! Appartement récent propre grand petit bémol au 2eme étage et sans ascenseur avec un bébé c’est assez compliqué mais c’était le seul petit bémol. La place du marché est a 5 min à pied et ouvert tout les jours ainsi que les divers restaurants sur le long de la rue

Très bonne semaine à St Pierre, station balnéaire agréable pour un séjour familial. Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Bien avoir en tête un accès sans ascenseur. Sujétion non essentielle : ajouter des ventilateurs…

süßes Appartement

Wirklich süßes und sehr sauberes Appartement in einem Komplex, das wohl nur aus solchen Wohnungen besteht. Incl. Tiefgaragenplatz, was bei den Temperaturen Gold wert ist. Der Familien -Strand ist in 5Minuten erreichbar und, abgesehen vom Wind der ab und an recht heftig weht, ein Traum. Von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnung sind einige Treppen zu gehen, was aber okay ist. Waschmaschine und eine Senseo haben die Wohnung fast perfekt gemacht. Eine Spülmaschine wäre noch ein Traum, aber es ging auch so. Sehr private Atmosphäre, sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kein WLAN, btw vorhanden.

Appartement agréable et spacieux, proche de la plage et des animations de Saint-Pierre. place de parking en sous-sol très pratique. Quelques points à améliorer niveau propreté. Un peu plus de verres serait utile!

Séjour très agréable

L' appartement est très fonctionnel, moderne et décoré avec gout. Il est traversant, ce qui permet de faire des courants d'air . C' est donc agréable avec les grosses chaleurs du Sud. Bien situé , superette â proximité, dépôt de pain juste en face de la résidence. Comptez moins de 5 min à pieds pour rejoindre la plage et à peine plus pour accéder au centre ville et ses animations du soir. Point important : il n'y a pas de nuisances sonores le soir pour les couches tôt . Merci à Véronique qui a été très accueillante et disponible .

Zentrale Ferienwohung im Ort, nah am Strand

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind nahe und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gute Betten mit Matrazen, gut geschlafen, keine Rückenschmerzen. Küche ist abgenutzt, aber elektrische Küchengeräte funktionieren. Sauberkeit der Wohnung kann besser sein. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, Gepäck muss über drei Wendeltreppen und lange Flurwege in die 3. Etage getragen werden, kein Aufzug vorhanden. WLAN gibt es nicht, das Bild mit dem Notebook hier in der Beschreibung ist irritierend. Ankunft, Abreise, Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation, über WhatsApp, mit der Betreuerin vor Ort, auch in englischer Sprache, unproblematisch.

sehr schönes modernes Appartement

tolle Lage mitten im Ort und doch sehr ruhig, Gastgeberin sehr nett und unkompliziert leider etwas viele Stufen mit dem Koffer, aber dafür ist man in 1 Minute am Strand, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat toll geklappt. Jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert

Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il faut monter 3 étages depuis le parking lors de l'arrivée et le départ avec les bagages. L'immeuble est sans ascenseur.

Neue Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, Tiefgarage, 3 Minuten zu Strand und spar

Hier würden wir wieder Urlaub machen. Ankunft, Abreise und Kommunikation unproblematisch. Tolle Wohnung, wie beschrieben! Die Lage ist hervorragend, 3 Minuten zum Strand, der der weniger frequentierte dr beiden langen Sandstrände von Saint-Pierre-de-la-mer ist.

L'appartement est très lumineux et spacieux, très confortable pour une famille de 4 avec 2 chambres séparées. Il est très bien équipé et les proprietaires ainsi que la dame qui accueille prennent soin de savoir que tout va bien pour nous. La résidence est à portée de plage ( vue sur la mer depuis les chambres ) et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la petite supérette bien achalandee à 100m et du marché journalier de Saint Pierre juste à côte. Massif de la clape avec belles balades à proximité Bref in séjour très reposant avec l'essentiel mais peu de monde hors saison.

Location de bonne qualité. Appartement agréable, au calme et à proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Literie très confortable. Le logement dispose d'un parking souterrain avec une place privative pour la voiture ce qui est appréciable.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand.

Tolle und sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, Strand wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig und das Wasser ist sehr flach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

très bel appartement avec un emplacement privilégié

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à St Pierre la Mer dans cet appartement, très bien entretenu, bien situé (près de la plage, du marché, des restaurants), et très calme. La situation géographique de l'appartement lui confère un atout majeur, car elle permet d'accéder directement aux concerts et petits camelots le soir sans avoir à ressortir la voiture. La grande plage de St Pierre permet de ne pas être collé les uns aux autres et d'apprécier la mer. De plus, St Pierre est près de villes à visiter telles que Narbonne, Carcassonne, Valras et Collioure. Bref, très bon séjour et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans cette région.

Idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description. On se sent comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à notre écoute. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente.
