This home is a great find with beautifully landscaped front yard, gorgeous natural light, and space for the whole family!

Upstairs you’ll find a great room layout with a comfortable living room featuring a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and access to the back deck for grilling or soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, featuring a wet bar, gas stove top, and Espresso machine.

Upstairs also offers a half bathroom, adjacent to the spacious King Primary bedroom with deck access. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the large, jetted tub and make yourself at home with a huge walk-in closet. 

Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a King plus a gas fireplace. The additional full bathroom can be accessible from the hall or twin bedroom and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Beautiful...spacious home!

This was the perfect home for us as a family with adult children. It is located right by my parents residence so the location was exactly what we were looking for. The house was even nicer in person. Kitchen, dining area, and living room were so open and inviting with enough space for us all to be comfortable and hang out. Loved having the bikes at our disposal. No A/C didn't bother us a bit...I was a little worried....but opening up the windows at night and using all the box fans found in the closets made it so comfortable. Easy to communicate with the property manager as well.

A memorable weekend!

The house was amazing! Upon walking in we all were so excited to be in the house. We oo’d, we ah’d, the amenities in the house were beyond expectations, and we had a blast with everything that was provided!

1st birthday

My family and I came to town to celebrate a joint birthday party for 2 babies turning 1. The house was perfect for a group of 10. It was a lot bigger then we expected and the teenagers loved the garage area, they spend most the time in there. Only issues we had was when arriving it was very hot inside, one of the burners was left on but realized it was broken. The hot tub had too much chlorine. Other then that the house was perfect! We’d definitely book again.

Good house

We recently stayed at 10 Shadow for a big family reunion. The home was nice but we likely wouldn't rent here again and here are a few reasons why: - NO A/C although that is disclosed on the listing we had a very warm week there and we're quite uncomfortable during the peak hours of the day with only fans to cool you. (Ceiling fans in bedrooms would have helped- floor fans were available but only do so much.) -Listing wasn't quite as described- no grass in front or back yards, (something we had looked forward to since we had kids with us) and the mini fridge in kitchen wasn't working. -as far as cleanliness that could've been improved we found dead bugs and some of the bedrooms it just looked like maybe they hadn't been as deep cleaned etc. Water pressure and showerhead in the lower bathroom not attached to a bedroom was really poor the nozzle his face towards the glass door so every time you turn on the water it would spray out getting the floor and yourself completely wet and you ended up fighting at the entire shower.

Good, but.....

Bikes need to be replaced. One bike had a flat tire upon arrival. We didn’t have a single outing when one of the chains didn’t come off. We never left the house without the tools we bought at the hardware store because there were none at the house. The downstairs shower doesn’t drain. The water would be half way up my ankle by the time I was done.

Awesome stay.

Thank you so much! What an amazing house with everything we needed! Only reason for 4 stars on check in is I I’d to call an hour before check in to get the code to enter the house, as it was never sent to me. Communication was great!! Loved the text feature. Hoping to make this an annual trip!! Thanks again:)

Beautiful home in the pines

Loved visiting this home to have our family reunion. The hot tub, bicycles, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen were wonderful to use. Would stay here again.
