This secluded Coastal Estate sits on almost 1 acre of property surrounded by the Del Monte Forest and backs to natural open space green belt. It has limited handicap access such as a ramp at the entrance and grab bars in the shower and toilet.This tranquil estate includes 5 bedrooms, 4. bathrooms, and 4,600 square feet of luxury living space. There is a separate unit on the property that is used occasionally by others on the property. Only a few blocks from the famous Spanish Bay Resort and only a few miles from the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. The kitchen has ample cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, professional cookware and all necessary utensils. The home has furnishings providing for a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. There are no fires, weddings, receptions, or rehearsals allowed on the property. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It was a great place for our group of 10 friends. Nice size living room and kitchen for all of us to hang out. Paul was very helpful, friendly, and prompt at answering questions. Very close to beach and other attractions.

Comfortable, roomy place to relax and enjoy being with family and close to tourist attractions. Paul, the host, checked in regularly and was available if needed and gifted sand dollar and shell treasures from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this well laid out home located near all of our planned outings. The property manager was very communicative and was available to answer any questions we had. Hope to return sometime in the near future.

Lovely Stay
We were here for a family event being celebrated in the area. I broke my ankle one week prior, but this house had two first-floor bedrooms and grab bars in the master bathroom which was perfect for impaired mobility. Large kitchen, very comfortable beds, and located in a beautiful area a short drive from amazing ocean views. Highly recommend.

Comfortable visit for three generations.
The house is very comfortable and well laid out for the three generations we had staying. We were close to everything we needed, markets, restaurants, the beach, and activities. Paul the manager was terrific, responding quickly and also anticipating what we might need. We had a wonderful time.

Our group enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious home. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. We appreciated the privacy and quiet, and being within a few minutes’ drive to Carmel and Monterey. It’s in an exclusive area within the 17-Mile Drive so you’re close to golf courses and breathtaking scenery.

Wonderful weekend!
I rented this property with a group of friends for a golf weekend- unfortunately, the weather was not on our side for golf, but we had an excellent time regardless! The property was exactly as pictured, and the house was spacious and perfect for our group of nine adults. Paul was extremely communicative and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the property was close to all of the things you want to do in Monterey and Carmel. We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

The place was perfect for what we were looking for a larger place with lots of space. The place could use a little TLC and. Handyman. Nothing major wrong the place was super clean and everything was great.

Lovely experience… great host and caretaker.
Had a lovely stay with the exception of the two power outages in which I had to rent a room for the night (I use a CPAP).The host (Allen) was very accommodating and agreed to reimburse me for the hotel stays.Paul Jackson was the best caretaker I ‘be ever experienced in renting through VRBO….incredibly attentive and great communicator.

Amazing house at great location!
The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The manager Paul responded immediately to questions and requests. The property is quiet and located within 20 minutes walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!
Our family of three generations recently stayed for the week. We were completely comfortable as the lay-out of the home was ideal for my two senior parents (87 and 88); my mom uses a walker and a wheelchair. We appreciated the flow of the house, with the main floor accommodating them very comfortably. The shower chair in one of the master suites was highly appreciated. The location of the home was beyond amazing as it's literally a stone's throw from the 17-mi drive. We loved being within the Del Monte Forest, spotting wildlife everyday--deer, raccoons, a bobcat.. My husband and I looked forward to our walks every evening at dusk in the Rip Van Winkle Open Space, just a few blocks from the property...magical place. Thank you to the property manager, Paul, who was readily available for any questions we had.
