Enjoy immediate easy access to a family friendly mountain. Ski and ride the days away! Access slope on Club road entrance (lower Wonderama trail) Ski room with boot & glove dryer. Main level with open concept modern kitchen & family room with smart TV Hulu/ Netflix accessible. Top floor has loft space with smart TV and XBOX. Master bedroom with king size bed. Our master bath has jacuzzi tub & steam shower. Bottom level has second master with king size bed & full bathroom. Two other bunk rooms with twin beds along with trundle pullouts & Third full bath room. Our den offers more hangout space. Also additional sleeping with a queen and twin size bed. Enjoy amazing scenic views from every room! ****$175.00 Cleaning fee PLEASE NOTE There is a $50 extra cleaning fee charge for Saturday check out **** HIGH SPEED WIFI

Great Location

Location was great. You can walk to skiing on Windham. Very close to the town of Windham. Owner was very communicative and responsive and immediately fixed a minor issue that we had on the first day. The house is large and the beds were comfortable. The large upstairs primary suite was very nice. Internet worked great. We would stay here again. Family friendly.

Wonderful!!!!

We stayed at Dawns beautiful home for two nights and didn’t want to leave. It was so cozy and had everything you needed plus more! Tons of space for adults and kids and a very short walk to ski. I HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait to return next season. It will definitely be our go to now. Dawn was SO quick to respond when I had a question. She’s great to work with. Don’t hesitate to book!

Wonderful mountain home in superb location

We had two families - four adults, five children and a baby - in our group and the house worked perfectly for us. The main floor is well laid out with a big fireplace in the center of the living space and a well appointed kitchen and dining area. The bunk rooms and extra space with a double bed allowed the kids to spread out in the downstairs/lower floor. Having two masters was ideal for our family as well. Dawn was very communicative and friendly with everything we needed. The location is just as described - a short walk to the mountain. Windham is an adorable town! We truly loved our stay and would love to return in the future! Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Just like staying at a friend's place...

Thank you so much D&D! This was single-handedly the best experience we have ever had with a VRBO. Every possible detail was addressed. It was more like staying at a friend's home or a lovely B&B with the most generous hosts possible. First, the house was lovely, beautifully decorated and very clean, but also well stocked with every single thing we could ever want or need. There was an outstanding number of pantry items and refrigerator items, as well as games, toys, magazines, bath items, extra blankets/pillows, new slippers for the adults, a filled candy bowl and a welcoming bottle of champagne! Not to mention, the cutest hot chocolate bar complete with marshmallows and candy swirl spoons - our kids' dream come true! Further, the owner was in touch all weekend at a moment's notice when we had questions. She checked in on us often, not to interrupt our time, but because she truly cared that we had everything we needed. Not to mention, the setup and convenience of the home. A few minutes walk to the slopes but still tucked away in a cute little nook off the main road. I cant say enough about the whole experience. This is an absolute gem that families will be so lucky to discover. Thank you to the D's for an absolutely outstanding experience!

Anniversary Weekend

Dawn & Don are amazing hosts!!! We had a last minute change of plans and they were able to accommodate us and saved our weekend. Dawn responding quickly to any questions we may have had. Their home is absolutely gorgeous!!! There was nothing more we could ask for. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, warm and comfortable living spaces and peaceful surroundings. The backdrop of Windam Mountain was breathtaking with all its fall colors and our overall experience of outdoor activities was perfect. We loved our time in the Catskills to celebrate two birthdays and enjoy the nearby hikes. This space is beautiful- extra amenities like the steam shower, king sized beds, fully stocked kitchen and easy check-in process made it extra enjoyable. The summer hikes were gorgeous, but this space in the winter on the mountain would be a dream!

Beautiful Windham getaway with gorgeous views

Our family of five (5) stayed here for a late ski season getaway. The location was perfect! My husband and son were able to walk from the front door right to the ski lift. The condo is located right on the mountain, so the views were beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and gather. In addition to the spacious living room and dining room, there is also an upstairs loft that is comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed reading up there in the afternoons. In addition to the four bedrooms, there are also three full bathrooms plus a half bath. Plenty of space for everyone! The owners promptly answered every question I had and were a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful family vacation with lots of fun memories! Thank you, Dawn and Dan for being wonderful hosts!

Wonderful ski house!!

Dawn was so easy to work with - attentive and helpful and thorough. We appreciated her immediate answers to any questions and helpful advice. The ski house is lovely and even larger than described. Wonderful decor, cozy beds and living room, well stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils and pots/pans. They stocked it well with many necessaries - paper products, condiments and kitchen staples, and soap and shampoo and extra sheets, blankets, pillows etc. Two lovely outdoor porches and great views over the valley. Great TVs, video and other games which was fun for the kids. As was the hot cocoa bar - my kids indulged several times a day! So convenient to have the ski and boot room to store everything when done for the day. And boot warmers/dryers. Lovely welcome basket was much appreciated. Though the week ended up being warmer than usual even for end of ski season, we had a great time because the house was so comfortable, lovely and fun to hang out in and we loved the short walk to the slopes which made the skiing we did very easy. I give this property an A+ and we hope to return!

Exceeded all expectations

We could not have had a more wonderful stay at Dawn’s townhouse on Windham mountain. The house itself was beautifully decorated and as clean as can be. The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable and all of the amenities you can think of were available. The location was also perfect for our family of skiers. The closest trail is down the road a little bit but was managed fine by all of us (including my 6 year old). It really is a wonderful ski house in a perfect location. Dawn was available and so easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I highly, highly recommend!!

What a wonderful home!

Dawn was wonderful each step of the way from initial inquiry to check out! What a wonderful home — even more luxurious and beautiful than the photos suggested. We enjoyed close proximity to the slopes, the good luck of recent snow, and an incredibly comfortable place to rest our heads. We can’t recommend this listing highly enough!
