CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - We're installing new luxury hot tubs, they will hopefully be up and running by ski season. Starting April 29th 2024 the project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. The noisiest work of demolition has been completed, but it's possibly there will be noise and dust on the 3rd floor amenity deck. The deck will be completely closed until the project finishes. The new hot tubs will have led lighting, water features, and lots of new amenity deck features (fire pits, new seating areas, new grilling area, etc)

House Rules - Please be sure to read our house rules describing rental agreement, smoking, pet, party and other rules. Upon booking you will be sent a lease agreement which must be signed/returned within 24 hours. Access to the condo will not be given without a signed agreement. Paid parking now year-round. $100 security deposit hold will be collected prior to your arrival.

Located in the newest building at Winter Park Resort, this modern, luxury unit has everything you need: two flat screen TVs (new in 2017 and 2018), a fully outfitted kitchen area with cooktop, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. It's conveniently positioned on the 5th floor of Founder's Pointe with direct views of the slopes and amenity deck. Founder's is one of two newest luxury condominium buildings and has the largest rooftop deck hot tub which is ideal for relaxing in after a full day of activities. You'll have full views of Winter Park Village and slopes from the hot tub and beautiful sunsets too!

This unit is perfect for short and long stays. Offering a resort experience, the kitchen has a 12-cup coffee maker, granite counters, fine wood cabinets and full sets of utensils and quality cookware. The kitchen area is located at the entrance to the unit. Straight ahead you'll see the living room with large windows, a comfortable chair and sleeper sofa, along with a gas fireplace for cozy evenings! There is a wall-mounted 55" led TV and professionally mounted artwork from a local photographer on all walls. The master bedroom is located to the left of the living room, and has a king sized bed with a large closet and two nightstands with usb charging alarm clocks and convenience outlets for your electronics (no fumbling around behind the nightstand needed). There is also a large bathroom directly off the kitchen area, with ample granite counters, standup shower and luxury oversized tub for soaking!

If you're addicted to having reliable internet like we are, you may appreciate that we now have professionally managed wifi in the condo. Our speed tests typically show 100+ download and 80+ upload speeds!

Local 24x7 help: When renting our unit you'll get our cell numbers in case anything comes up during your visit, and we also have arrangements with local trusted person who can handle special/emergency situations. All cancellation refunds will be reduced by 3% to account for the credit card processing charge at time of booking.
