Villa Palmetto is a spacious vacation pool home located adjacent to the 14th fairway of the Palmetto-Pine Country Club, a public golf course.

With modern decor and 2650-plus sq. ft. of living space, Villa Palmetto features a living room with flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and multi-media entertainment system, kitchen with breakfast bar, formal and informal dining areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, outdoor patio furniture, grill, and a heated pool.

All your everyday shopping needs -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are within easy driving distance. There are also several parks and all types of dining options only minutes away.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Nice flow and spacious

Property was very nice, could use a little updating but very comfortable. The electricity charge is a bit unusual and you will be required to purchase renters insurance for $60 and block a 2 hour window on the first and last day to be “checked in/out” by the rental company however they were very accommodating with any of our needs. The outdoor kitchen doesn’t really work, but their is a small grill by the pool and the washing machine needs replaced desperately. The pool area is fantastic and private. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything. Would stay here again

We stayed at this beautiful place for a week and we had a great time!! The house is very clean it has a beautiful pool and everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. We would highly recommend it to everyone that is planing to visit Cape Coral!!

We absolutely loved our stay hear. The place was clean, and had everything you need.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and truly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. The kitchen was a dream, it had everything we needed. The pool was so enjoyable, day or night. The Lanai was great for pool time and meals. We highly recommend it. Very spacious, and each room has it's own full bathroom which was great for a large family. Plenty of towels to use as well. The beds were a little harder than what we like, but we did fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, contemporary and cozy place to stay

We loved staying at the property. The living room and kitchen have a very modern look. The pool, bbq and table outside are amazing. The place is truly a gem, close to Fort Meyers, Sanibel and other beaches. We discovered Boca Grande and if you have a chance-visit it. It's paradise on the Earth!

Amazing Holidays in Cape Coral

My family and me had a wonderful time in Cape Coral! The house is very beautiful, clean and comfortable.The furniture is in a good condition. We loved to spend great evenings outside and enjoy our barbecue. We think about coming back next year! Mareike und Tim
