About this property

2 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated beautiful private home 3 miles from ocean.

Total renovation done in 2018 to this 1500 sq ft. home. Tropical décor with all the amenities found in a well stocked home. Large fenced in back yard with brick patio area for grilling, lounging, dining or just enjoying a fire pit under the stars.
The master bedroom has a queen size Nectar mattress and pillows for perfect sleep. It also has a Tommy Bahama futon for additional sleep beyond 4 people. (Note: there is also a sleeper sofa added to the living room) The television is a smart TV with Netflex, amazon prime, and Internet access. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and large walk in closet stocked with umbrella, kites, sand toys and other beach paraphernalia . The large chest of drawers has plenty of beach towels already stocked, as well as extra sheets.
The second bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the bathroom that is open to the rest of the house. It has a vinyl record player with classic albums for your listening pleasure :) It also has a double door large closet with additional towels and linens above and beyond what is stocked in the two baths.
In addition to a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen has a kurig, blender, lots of pots and pans and a professional knife set for preparing your own meals. There are two complete sets of dishes and flatware as well as two sets of glasses. All are a tropical pattern with palm trees, tikis and/or seashells. Any food or supplies in the house are yours to use as you like.
The large great room has a television with a blue ray dvd player and lots of dvds to choose from. There are two sofa/chair combinations for more than adequate seating. We have added a sleeper sofa for added guests or for just watching TV in the great room. The dining area has seating for four, but there are wood trays for any extra needs or for snacking later.
Every room has ceiling fans for extra comfort and the heat pump is new, so no worries about the weather,
There is parking for two vehicles.
And don't forget the palm tree named Patti!

Wonderful stay

The house was very tidy and organized. The owner has everything you could want. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved the front porch. The owner responded right away any time I had a question. We were a five minute drive from the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is new pillows for the beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Supply, NC

My fiancée and I rented this home during our short stay in the area over the weekend of July 4th. The property exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous Hawaiian decor, fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment available for use, a nice little patio area we used to relax and grill out. Most importantly, the value of this place given its location is unbeatable. It is about a 5 minute drive to Holden Beach while still being in close proximity to a grocery store and many of the restaurants in the area. I’m very thankful we stumbled upon this little place!

Second stay was just as good as the first!

This was our second summer in a row staying here. We love the location since it gives us options on different beaches. The house is exactly what we needed. It was super clean and cozy. It had everything that we could possibly need. Myra is extremely responsive and makes sure everything is taken care of. We would not only stay here again but highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation home in the area! Thank you for sharing your home! We had a great time!

Vacation stay

A affordable and great near beach rental just a 5 minute drive to Holden and 25 to Oak Island. Clean with 2 beds plus 2 couches to sleep on. Plenty of amenities and a nice kitchen. Owners are quick and responsive to any questions you might have. If we use Vrbo for the Holden/Southport area for vacation, we'll definitely look into staying here again.

Location is super convenient and close to my family living in NC.

We enjoy the comforts and ability to feel at home. All the necessities of home life are on hand. My family lives about 20 minutes away, making for a reunion and vacation an equal occurence. Look forward to staying whenever we travel to that area.

Adorable home and a great value!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Five minute drive to Holden Beach and 25 minute drive to Oak Island Beach (our favorite). There were a few issues that Myra worked very quickly to resolve. She responded very quickly, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax after a day at the beach. It had everything, all linens a full kitchen and tons of things for the beach. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year!

Beautiful House close to the Beach!

I couldn't have been happier about my stay. the house i beautiful and wonderfully decorated. They provided more than i even expected by supplying soaps, shampoos, beach towels, pretty much everything you would need. Basically bring some clothes and your set. i will definitely be back!

Nice quaint house. Everything you need for a beach trip. We liked that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It's a quick 5 minute drive to Holden Beach and just a few minutes from a grocery store. I sent the owner a text while I was staying there and they responded in a timely manner.

Great Bungalow

The house was cutely decorated in a Hawaiian theme. It was on a quiet street and was perfect for our family of three. Had all the amenities we needed. There was a great supply of towels and Beach paraphernalia that helped us have a great time as well. Was a great place to stay in a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were surprised and elated with the furnishings and provisions. We felt completely at home !

Coming from a location that is non-beach like, we found all the convienances beneficial, considering I could never have brought my own beach chairs, blankets or umbrellas, etc....I would fully recommend the property, but want to insure its available anytime I need it ! Joking aside.....its A true gem.

Lovely place for a quiet beach vacation.

This property was awesome. It was very nicely appointed with beach decorations. There was everything we needed from towels, to beach chairs and umbrella, sheets, Keurig, blender, condiments, charcoal and lighter fluid. It was an excellent value for what you get. The house was in a great location and we explored Calabash, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Bald Head Island and Southport. But we spent a lot of time on Holden Beach which was a lovely beach with free parking. I would definitely rent here again. Finally, the caretaker hired by the owner lives next door and was available to answer any questions we had about the property or the area.
