Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. wir hatten Glück mit unserern Nachbar und eine entspannte Zeit. Die nächsten Häuser liegen mit ihren Höfen zu den Schlafzimmern, dass könnte in der Hauptsaison u.U. lauter werden (hatten wir einmal). Nervig fand ich die nachträglich zu bezahlenden Gebühren für Reinigung und "Kurtaxe". Auch das Bettwäsche und Handtücjer hätten gemietet werden sollen, fand ich uncharmant. Wir haben unsere mitgebracht. Weiterhin war die Wohnung zu beginn nicht ordenlich gereinigt, ein WC garnicht. Dafür 50,-€ zu verlangen fand ich frech. In Summe aber gut gelegen, ruhig, gut nutzbar und sehr hübscher Hinterhof mit Grün und gutem Tisch mit Bänken.

Lo positivo y real. La ubicación de la casa. El contenido de enseres de la misma. Lo negativo. No hablan castellano como dicen. No te entregan la casa en la puerta, debes dirigirte a una inmobiliaria donde te entregan la llave. La casa por fuera deja bastante que desear. Poco mantenimiento, oscuro y sin identificación de número tanto se la casa como del departamento alquilado. Paredes de poca calidad lo que escuchas a tus vecinos sea la hora que sea. El piso superior es un horno abuhardillado. Sólo tiene ducha, tal como dice el anuncio, deben bajar al 1° piso al baño. La escalera hace mucho ruido. Te la entregan limpia, pero al ser un departamento de playa (está a 50 mts de la duna) siempre, siempre habrá un grano de arena, que al finalizar el alquiler, limpies o no, ellos dirán que está sucia y cobrarán por su limpieza porque no controlan si has hurtado algún cuchillo, plato o vaso, fuente, sólo se quitarán los zapatos a la entrada y recorrerán la casa en búsqueda del tan ansiado grano de arena para poder cobrarte, cuanto tu le recrimines que tampoco la casa estaba al 100% limpia porque has encontrado huéspedes (arañas con sus telarañas incluidas o bichos voladores) te harán la tan ansiada rebaja de Julio para que sólo pagues por la limpieza , he aquí su gran negocio. Sin dejar de comentar que la primer ducha que te das en la bohardilla terminas lavando el lavabo del primer piso porque filtra por el techo, cuando logras limpiar eso y quieras tomarte un café por pasar ese mal rato, te encontrarás que la cafetera pierde agua por debajo, envías un email a la responsable y hasta el día siguiente no tendrás cafetera para poder tomarte un café así que lleva café instantáneo por las dudas. En mi opinión la casa no está mal, Pero no es de gran calidad como dice en su anuncio y dejan bastante que desear las responsables. Que confías en la buena fe de las personas y no es así. Después de tantos años de veranear en Mimizan y no tener ninguna queja, tengo claro que esa casa no la volveré a alquilar, volveré a este hermoso pueblo porque puedo decir que el 99% de su gente es muy amable y cordial.
