Bright sunny, charming bedroom in Grand Victorian. The exclusive bathroom is situated just a few steps down the hall from your room. It is solely designated for your use, and you have the choice to secure it with a lock. Enjoy time in the owner's private library. Walk out the door to this upscale Pacific Heights neighborhood's eateries, designer shops, and vintage movie theaters.
It has a TV, Microwave, mini Fridge, Coffee, Instant Oatmeal, Brita, and Snacks. There is also a secretary desk/ dresser. There is fast internet. You are welcome to spend time in my library.
It's a great neighborhood with many eateries and shops. You'll mostly find nannies pushing baby strollers, folks walking dogs, and designers shopping for clients. For hustle and bustle, walk seven blocks to Fillmore or Nopa.

Please note that we are a smoke- and cannabis-free property, both inside and out.

Pacific heights bed sit

Fantastic location and a great overall stay. Fell just short of 5 stars on account of the mattress which was too soft for me :)

Quiet, clean and very convenient Pacific Heights stay

We enjoyed our stay at Springer's lovely victorian inn. The instructions and all communications were clear and the location was very safe and central. Comfortable bed, nice linens/towels and a coffee maker small fridge added to the convenience. The lovely library/sitting room was a bonus!

What a beautiful place to stay. We loved the location and a chance to stay in a uniquely appointed Victorian home. We loved walking to the presidio, eating at Colibri, and soaking in the season.

Nice stay in San Francisco

Came into town for the first time since the pandemic… for two operas and meeting friends while there. The property was lovely and well maintained, but too distant from the Opera House to walk back and forth. I enjoyed being here!

Lovely Stay

Very bright, comfortable room with all necessities. Bathroom was just fine as well. Loved sitting in the cozy library with a fascinating collection of books. Will definately stay here again.

So peaceful!

We loved staying in this house. The building is clearly well made, as it is very quiet. There are high ceilings, wonderful minimalist decor, a beautiful bathroom, and a small library lounge my husband LOVED. The location is a lovely, very quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. My husband, who is NOT a chatty, effusive person, said he'd be very happy to stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house and room were beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood--very quiet. The host was quick and gracious about accommodating my request for an extra blanket and to store my bag a few extra hours. The bathroom down the hall was only a minor inconvenience--I never encountered anyone else going to or from. I would definitely stay here again. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Thank you!

Perfect For one

This room is small but has everything needed. I enjoyed the lovely library just a short walk from this room. The remodeled bathroom is down the hall but I did not see anyone else using it. I was aware of the separate bathroom and I did not find this a problem.

Great space for relaxing

I really enjoyed staying at the property. It was quiet and the neighborhood is great with some local eclectic dining options within a few blocks. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and inspired with artwork on the walls and a nice library down the hall. Transportation was easy and local shops are walkable. I also appreciated the check-ins to make sure everything was going well. I would stay again!

Great Location/Mediocre Property

The location allowed for excellent access to the heart of San Francisco and sits right next to one of San Francisco's best restaurants. However, outside of that, I don't think me and my wife would choose to go back for a few reasons. The room wasn't completely clean upon our arrival, the water in the shower was barely warm, parking was extremely difficult (and would only ask they would give a disclaimer in the description). Lastly, the room looked much smaller than what was posted online.

Another Great Stay in SF

Quiet and lovely SF neighborhood adjacent to Presidio with various walkable spots nearby. Springer is always helpful and responsive. My go-to spot for work trips and much prefer over more traditional lodging options. Thank you for another great stay!

Charming Victorian in beautiful neighborhood

Located in Presidio Heights, this charming Victorian home is close to beautiful Presidio Park as well as public transport that will get you to any part of town in minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood with small cafes, restaurants and stores on every corner. Thank you so much to our host Springer who made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. As stated in the Vrbo posting, the bathroom is shared, which was not a problem for us, however, if you are not comfortable with sharing or leaving the privacy of your room, this is not for you. We were there for one week and rarely ran into other people. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will be back in the future to continue exploring beautiful San Francisco. Again, thank you Springer for making your beautiful home available to us!
