About this property

Fantastic Scottsdale location, all king beds!

Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle residence. All KING Beds for ultimate comfort. The home features a cool blue color scheme, urban chic decor, a fully stocked kitchen for meals in, private BBQ patio and seating area, and access to a shared outdoor community pool. It is my personal residence for 2 winter months.



I will not be onsite- but am available for your questions and issues.

The home is located just a few minutes' walk from Old town, Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Stadium. There are great restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores (Sprouts!) just across the street, and the home is a short 15 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. You can't get a better location to explore Scottsdale.

The place is yours to enjoy!

Great backyard to chill out and grill out. Two covered parking spaces. You will also have access to the huge community pool.

Well behaved pets are invited and pet fee of $250 will be paid direct post booking.

The townhome was very clean and just as pictured and there was plenty of space for our large group! We had a very short drive to several attractions and were able to walk to some too. We would definitely stay here again!
