Ideal geographical location. Quiet area but close to all activities: dead end that leads to the dune to go to the beach, surf school (100M) or forest with bike paths 7 minutes walk from the city center.(pedestrian street shops) No car needed

Villa Kunterbunt an Frankreichs Atlantikküste

Der Urlaub in Mimizan-Plage zusammen mit meiner Frau und unserem Sohn (16) war wunderbar, ein Teil der Freude ist den Eigentümern der Wohnung, Martine und Ramon, geschuldet, die in einem anderen Hausteil wohnten und immer ansprechbar sowie uns bei einigen kleineren Anliegen jederzeit behilflich waren. Erfreulicherweise gaben Sie uns dabei Tipps, wie z.B. aktuelle Markttermine. Das Haus selbst ist recht alt und bedarf aus unserer persönlichen Sicht im Innenbereich einiger Renovierungsarbeiten. Wer sich aber in Frankreich auskennt, 'kalkuliert' das mit in die Planung ein. Insofern waren wir wenig überrascht über den Mix aus einigen neueren Elementen (Kühlschrank, TV, WiFi, Waschmaschine) und eben der sonst alten, aber brauchbaren Einrichtung. Ziemlich bunt war es, einige hübsche Gemälde von Martine zierten die Wände. Dennoch könnte die Wohnung frische Farbe und weitere Erneuerungen gebrauchen, so z.B. eine weniger hitzige Beleuchtung im ‚großen‘ Schlafzimmer, die in heißen Sommernächten beim Lesen das Gefühl eines häuslichen Grills hinterlassen hat. Verblüfft waren wir über die genannte maximale Belegungszahl, bis zu 8 Personen. Wenn unser zweiter Sohn mitgekommen wäre, wäre es dann doch zu eng geworden. Hinweis: Schon ab Bett 3 sollte man nicht größer als 1,70 m sein. Die Wohnung war aus unserer Sicht ausreichend gereinigt, aber nicht perfekt, was auch an der Schwierigkeit bis Unmöglichkeit liegt, Gegenstände wie Lampenschirme oder Sitzkissen im Außenbereich zwischen den kurzen Gästepausen zu säubern. Dennoch könnte hier stärker auf Details geachtet werden, so lautet unsere freundlich gemeinte Empfehlung an Martin und Ramon. Die WiFi-Verbindung war schnell, ein Arbeiten für meine Frau und mich gut möglich, selbst wenn der Sohn noch mit seinem Laptop online war. Es empfiehlt sich aber, genügend Mehrfachsteckdosen und Verlängerungskabel mitzunehmen, je nach Anforderung. Am schönsten war es im Außenbereich des Hauses. Gerne saßen wir dort bei einem Glas Wein und genossen die Atmosphäre. Der vorhandene Grill war praxistauglich, wir haben ihn zwei Mal erfolgreich genutzt. Nützlich war auch der vorhandene Wasserschlauch. So konnten wir unsere Füße und Arme von dem feinen Sand befreien. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut top! Direkt am wunderschönen Strand, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker oder zur ersten Strandbar, 7 M. bis zur ‚Innenstadt‘ von Mimizan-Plage. Was will man mehr? Danke an Euch, Martine und Ramon, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Très bien située et agencée

Location correspondant tout à fait à nos attentes. Très bien située, à coté de la plage, de la forêt, des commerces, pistes cyclables et en plus au calme. Si nous ne souhaitons pas visiter les alentours, la voiture ne bouge pas du séjour car tout est à proximité. Très bien équipée et agencée, lave linge, lave vaisselle, 2 WC, 2 SDB, une terrasse abritée sur le coté pour prendre les repas et se reposer au frais. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Une bonne adresse à conserver pour un prochaine séjour.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber es alles da was man braucht. Die Betten könnten besser sein. Die überdachte Terrasse ist wirklich schön. Wir haben gerne dort gesessen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist durch den kurzen Weg zum Strand und in den Wald wirklich super.

Nice home in quite street, next to beach

Really nice home at the north beach of Mimizan Plage. We stayed here in the second week of september 2018 and had an excellent time! The house is one of the better maintained houses in the neighbourhood. The interior is simple, but has everything you need. The roofed terrace is excellent for barbecueing and drinking wine untill late in the evening. The house is situatied in a death end hence quite street. At the end of the street is a foot path which takes you to the beach or the forest in three minutes.

Super vacances

Logement très agréable, calme, à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du centre ville (pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture). La ville est animée le soir. Possibilité de belles balades à vélo. Propriétaire très sympathique. Cela fait trois ans que nous venons en famille et nous comptons revenir l'année prochaine.

séjour tres apprécié par toute la famille /location tres agréable, assez spacieuse (3 chambres dont une avec une salle de bain , génial), bien aménagée , bien décorée , et plutot au calme . terrasse sur le côté (sous préau ) super!! avec petite cour acces tres rapide a la plage (une centaine de metres) et tres proche du centre ville , des commerces , restaurants et animations: Pas besoin de prendre la voiture , parfait! Nous la recommandons et sommes prets a y retourner Patricia

Superbe séjour

Maison très coquette, joliment décorée. Très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un très très agréable séjour à proximité de la mer (5mn à pied) et du centre ville. Terrasse couverte avec barbecue vraiment très pratique et appréciée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à des familles qui veulent profiter de la proximité de la mer dans le calme.
