This 3 bed, 2 bath house has great lake views and sleeps 10. It is two story with master bedroom and main living on top floor to soak in the lake views. ****Community pool is newly remodeled **** The downstairs has a guest bedroom with queen bed, bunk room with twin over full bed and trundle pulls out. Downstairs game room has a pull-out couch and TV. This home is located in Point Venture which offers a private 50 acre water front park with swim areas, boat ramp, picnic tables, disc golf course and a kid’s playground. Point Venture also is home to a 9-hole golf course, pro shop and new sports bar, “Caddie Shack” with live music on the weekends and a marina and famous “Captain Pete’s” floating restaurant.
Watch wakeboarders go by as you cook in the kitchen or sit out on the deck. Deer will come eat out of your hand in the yard. This is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the lake fishing, golfing or doing water activities. No need to have your own boat, Liquid Thrills boat/jet ski rental is located near the marina/restaurant called “Captain Pete’s ” which has great food. If you bring a boat, there is a front area to park a boat trailer.
The home has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and door that opens to the balcony and perfect spot to have morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake.
The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, full size refrigerator, Keurig, a gas grill, and all the kitchen accessories needed for cooking or BBQing. The upstairs living, master bedroom and downstairs game room has a TV. Free cable and WIFI.

Bring the family. Enjoy a day at the park and evening watching the sunset over Lake Travis. A few floats, bean bag toss and movies/games provided.

Great Place

Beautiful home with amazing views! Very clean and welcoming - the owner was great and responded to questions immediately. This was our annual girls trip and plan on coming back next year. This is the place to rent with very easy access to the lake.

Thanksgiving weekend

The house beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake and watching the deer. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time (myself and my husband, our son and his wife, and 2 granddaughters).

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our family get together over Thanksgiving weekend! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Living room couch was super comfy and easily accommodated our 5 adult family members. Great communication from Shela. Great location, a little further from shops but we enjoyed the place. Shela is wonderful in giving an overview of the area & setting up expectations. Super easy to reach out and was accommodating. First property I'll look up when I decide on my next trip to the area.

This house is gorgeous! Beautiful view of the lake, spacious and everything you could need. For coffee, bring K-cups. Shela was wonderful to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay, awesome host!

Shela is an amazing host! The house was immaculately clean and organized and outfitted with everything you need. She anticipated our needs, i.e. had life jackets in my kids' sizes hung on the lily pad for us in the garage. Lots of kitchen supplies, like coffee, dish detergent, paper plates, paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent plentiful. House had wonderful views and I especially loved the large balcony with comfy furniture for enjoying coffee and hanging out. My kids loved feeding the deer in the yard. The swimming cove is nearby (like a 5 minute drive) as is marina with fun restaurant where we enjoyed live music and feeding the fish, and rented a pontoon boat. It's a very easy way of life out here!

Family and Friends getaway

The host and property were amazing, thank you for everything! Had such an amazing time with our family and friends. There was a golf course in the neighborhood that we got to enjoy, as well as a boat rental place which was easy to get to! Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home.....so comfortable.

We stayed here for our annual “vacation with grandma”. My six grandkids (teenagers) and daughter loved it. The kids talked about how beautiful it was and loved the view of Lake Travis from the second story. We were all crazy about the deer. Shela, our host, was very responsive and made suggestions about local sites.

Girls Weekend

Was absolutely beautiful, so clean, perfect location!!!! Excellent Park, pool and gold course. Owner was awesome, made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and beautiful view from dining area and patio. DEFINITELY will stay again♥️

This was a great location on Lake Travis. House and property gorgeous.

Viewing this property on VRBO as well as booking it could not have been easier. The owner gave great instructions for the property and surrounding area. Our family of 8 adults and a 2 year old grandson all slept very comfortably. Guys enjoyed golfing, pool area extremely nice. Boat rental from nearby marina and trip on the lake was fabulous. Had good time eating and singing on open mic nite at the Gnarly Gar restaurant. We would so welcome this home and area.

We love the lake life but do not use our place during the winter months and some weekends in the summer so we thought we would share our dream home with others.

Why they chose this property

This place is a short distance (1 mi) to the Gnarly Gar floating restaurant with live music on the weekend, and the private park that has a boat launch, private cove and plenty of shore space for a BBQ. Watching the sun set at the neighborhood park is our favorite thing to do.

What makes this property unique

In this house you are close to everything. The golf course, water front park (1 mi), & the marina (1 mi) are all close. It's a relaxed community filled with friendly people.
