Quiet, efficient and comfortable

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was just perfect for what we needed. It was close to NMSU for the football, close to restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and neat, well stocked and as cute as can be! The kitchen was well equipped and the front porch area was very nice, private and relaxing. We would stay again!

Just perfect

Solano Shay was perfect for my week in Las Cruces for the Spaceport America Cup competition. The location literally across the street from NMSU couldn't have been better. The house is clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient. I loved it!

Very cute place! Conveniently located. Felt very safe (I am a older woman travelling alone). Came with everything I needed and more. Very clean. Instructions for entry/exit very clear and concise. I had no need to try and contact property manager. I would book this again.

Quiet little house

Was a pleasant stay. Some suggestions for improving the already good standard of comfort: * a lying chair to sun bathe in the backyard. * an automatic lighting with presence detection at the gate (was not so easy to unlock when you check in during the night) * You tube and Netflix access is sometimes difficult (maybe not he fault of the owner)
