A central spot, great for longer stays, up to 29 nights.
Here's a quick overview:
Studio-style 1bed/1bath with gas fireplace, full size kitchen, 2-headed shower.
Queen sized bed. Fold out sofa.
Gas stove, dishwasher. Washer/dryer.
WiFi. TV with Roku to access your Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc.
ADA toilet, 36" doors, and only a couple low steps.

Located in Portland's Alberta Arts district, and less than a mile from the Williams Avenue & Mississippi Avenue areas.
A 2-mile straight shot down the road to the Oregon Convention Center as well.

Please Note - this is a basement apartment with 6'8" ceilings. Some areas soffited at approx 6'2".

Four More Years
Hopefully. This is the 4th year we have stayed at this location, & we hope that we can continue our visits to Portland's Alberta district. This rental is close to many restaurants and bars.

Almost perfect
First of all, I enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though the weather was up in the 100s the basement apartment was still quite cool and comfortable. The amenities were very nice and I especially loved the harder pillows which I resulted in a restful slumber. I recommend parking on the same side of the street as the trees on the other side tend to drop fruits, flowers and leaves (perhaps some sap too) on the car. My only issue was the lack of privacy in the living room/kitchen/dining area because of the diaphanous curtains. Thicker curtains would be nice. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Wonderful in every way!
This apartment was such a find! It is close to such a fun neighborhood yet quiet and peaceful. Every thoughtful touch in the home (including a very comfortable bed and nice shower) was just right. I hope to return for another stay in the future.

A great visit to Portland
We so very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was close to our family, right on the public transport lines, a short distance from the Alberta Arts District and had a spectacular well stocked food coop close by. Highly recommended to all.

Easy Peazy!!
I think this is my 4th time staying here. I have a trade show close by and it is much more comfortable then a hotel. Always well kept. This year I needed to add a day at the last moment and the property owner made it easy. Consider yourself lucky if this place is available.

Comfortable cozy
This space was more comfortable than expected. The owner was great with communications and expectations. The space is listed as a studio but the curtains in place are a great sound and light barrier to separate the bedroom area. The two showerheads in the shower are really nice. The location was convenient for our trip too.

Third Time's the Charm
But so were the first and second times. This is the third year we have spent at Leslie's spacious rental, and it only gets better each time. We appreciate that she has added another bureau for clothing in the sleeping area. Because we stay several weeks, the extra drawer space is very useful. She also asked us about throw rugs in the unit. Because we are older and less agile, she removed the throw rugs by the bed so we are less likely to slip and fall. She shows a great deal of concern for each renter, and we don't feel like we are just anonymous occupants. We hope to stay again next summer as the unit itself, the property owner and the location could not be any better for us.

Home away from home
Leslie knocked it out of the park! We had a wonderful week at the VRBO. A lot of thought went into this place. Location is great! Close to the airport. The Arts District is so close we walked there several times. Destinations to the Beaches and Mountains very doable from her place. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

The rental had everything we needed. So much thought was put into making this place super practical and comfortable. We really appreciated it. And the location is ideal; we found very good food nearby! Overall, our stay in Portland, Oregon was so good that we hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful place to stay
The owner of this property had amazing communication and set very realistic expectations of the property. The place was clean, welcoming and cozy. It was a great place to relax in between our visits out to Portland. Clear instructions were provided for everything in the place. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need which really helped it feel like a home away from home. The location was great it was very close to many things and the street parking was easy to find. We will return to this location anytime we are in Portland.

Quiet and convenient
The location of this property was perfect. It was easy to find by car and had ready access to public transit. There are some great restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores if you want to cook for yourself in a well-appointed kitchen.

Almost perfect
The place is nice and well cared for. Lots of amenities. Parking can be tough. I am also highly allergic to cats and by the 5 th day I could tell. I think a warning about the cats upstairs is needed. Leslie is very responsive and helpful. All in all a great visit.

Better the Second Time Around
We stayed here a year ago, and liked it enough to make a return visit this year. Our experience last year was not a fluke. Because we were more familiar with the property and the area, we were even more able to enjoy our stay. Leslie is the consummate hostess. She made sure everything was in perfect order, and any problems were corrected very quickly. There are many activities and sights in the Portland area to keep a visitor busy, and Leslie's rental is the perfect place to relax and regroup so one can head out again to have a great holiday experience.

Good option in NE Portland
Leslie has a very nice unit, seems very new. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the washer/dryer were highly appreciated. It was very convenient for our stay on the north side and the Alberta Arts area is within walking distance.

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was in a great location and what we liked the most is that it was a pretty decent sized space! Definitely would recommend staying here if you're visiting Portland!

Great spot in Portland
A gem in the rough. This place is amazing. From the outside it just looks like a basement converted into an apartment. Once you step inside you feel like you just scored the jackpot. Attention to detail is an understatement. This place has everything you need. Total equipped kitchen, with very nice appliances. We were planning on seeing friends who had a family emergency so we spent a lot more time in the VRBO then planned and had a lovely time anyway.
