Nestled just one block off the Gatlinburg Parkway is our storybook contemporary little cottage. .04 mile from Gatlinburg city center such as the Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lift, Blake Sheltons Red and more! . I’ve walked from the house, down the entire Gatlinburg strip to the National Park entrance and it’s only 1 & 1/2 miles each way. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms king master & queen size bunk beds in the 2nd room. Best Hot tub around Flat screen TVs This cottage is about location rather than views.
The location is everything! Waking up to the smell of Flapjacks Pancakes cooking a block down the road is not a bummer! I am not going to lie, there has been a time or two that I have rolled out of bed, put my slippers on and walked on over for breakfast! You should try it! My favorite days are when it rains and you can hear the stream across the street rolling down the mountain. It so peaceful! And sitting outside in the hot tub after the sun goes down, that may be my favorite! Can you tell how much I love this little cottage!! The best feeling is that I am able to share it all with you!
Our cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master bedroom is very cozy fitting only a king size bed, dresser, closet, tv and ensuite with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bunkbeds that will sleep 4. A dresser, tv, closet and a full bath with shower/tub combo. The living area has a reclining leather sofa, large flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and 2 leather chairs. There is a dining table for 6, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, washer, dryer, iron, linens & hair dyer. For entertainment there are games in the cabinet and a hot tub. Not to mention being right down the road from Snow tubing at Ober Gatlinburg!
This cottage is great for you if: Location is more important than the view.
The location of our cottage is right off the Gatlingburg Parkway. If you are wanting to spend a lot of time in downtown Gatlinburg and want to be near the National park entrance, our cottage is ideal. Save on parking fees and save time not sitting in traffic.

Our place is a cottage, not a lodge. A cottage is a "small simple house." If you need huge amounts of space, this may not be your space. It is the perfect family & friend space, ideal for 4-6. Cozy, friendly & beautiful meant to gather and enjoy the fellowship of each other.
