Smoky Mountain Rain, is named after one of my all time favorites! Ronnie Milsap!
This cute modern, cottage offers a tranquil mountain vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown Gatlinburg vibrant streets. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the cute terrace while sitting in the 56-jet hot tub in the evening.
The location is everything! Not in the middle of the hustle & bustle but just close enough. Wake up to the smell of Flapjacks Pancakes cooking a block down the road! I am not going to lie, there has been a time or two that I have rolled out of bed, put my slippers on, and walked on over. My favorite days are when it rains and you can hear the little tiny stream across the street rolling down the mountain. It is so peaceful! And sitting outside in the hot tub after the sun goes down, may be my favorite!
Our little cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master bedroom is very cozy fitting only a king-size bed, dresser, closet, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bunk beds that will sleep 4. A dresser, closet, and a full bath with shower/tub combo. The living area has a reclining, butter-soft leather sofa, large flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, and 2 swivel chairs. There is a dining table for 6, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, a washer, dryer, iron, linens & hair dryer. For entertainment, there are games in the cabinet and a hot tub. Not to mention being right down the road from Blake Shelton's Ole Red & right off the end of Rocky Fork motor trail.

This cottage is great for you if you love spending time with your friends and family in a cozy space and are not looking for a large outdoor gathering area. Our cottage is cozy and ideal for up to 6 guests. Due to the nature of how the home is built, there is no yard space, only a porch area to hang out. The porch has wonderful chair swings and a fabulous hot tub!
This cottage is a great fit if you like a modern home and are not looking for a secluded getaway in the mountains. Though we are 1 block off the Parkway and removed from any noise, it offers peace and quiet, however, there will still be cars passing by from time to time, and the occasional UTV going up to Anakeesta, as our road serves as the back entrance to Anakeesta. I find this to be in the mix and love it!
