Villa with swimming pool, 40 minutes from Faro airport, 2 hours from Lisbon airport.
Welcome to the land of golfers.
The villa is in a residential area, in the middle of the orange fields, enjoys a view of the Oceanico Faldo course, nearby golf course, 15 mins from the beach, too.
Guaranteed calm, you will be woken up by the birds.
Recently renovated house, new furniture, new household appliances.
Large 109 cm LCD TV, free wifi
 You will find 2 large bedrooms, one with private terrace, and 2 smaller, 3 beds of 160, and one of 140, mattress 24 cm thick, box springs for storage
There are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom with separate bath and shower
; 3 toilets.
A large fitted kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, nespresso machine, coffee maker
A very large living room with three bay windows overlooking the terraces, one of which is covered, and the orange fields below, with a table for 8 people inside and outside.
A few steps lead you to the private swimming pool, with alarm, but not fenced and a small pergola will shelter you from the sun at the hottest hours of this beautiful country
The house is on one level but outside there are small steps for example to access the pool; or go around the house

¡¡vacaciones!!
La casa es una maravilla. Mucho espacio para estar juntos o justamente para poder estar solo. Una cocina muy bien equipada, piscina buenisima. El sitio es una belleza, tranquilo. El unico lo que no funcionó bien era el agua caliente y la presion del agua. Solamente 1 cuarto tenia un buen chorro y recien despues de minutos entraba el agua caliente. El otro baño, lo del doble con baño y ducha casi no salia el agua, el cuarto con solamente ducha y con el baño en el pasillo, tenia la presion bastante pobre. Pero somos familia entonces todos se ducharon en el cuarto del baño azul donde hay una bañera enorme y una ducha estupenda. La estancia nos ha encantada, la amfitrona muy amable. No la hemos molestado con el asunto del agua. ¡¡Muy recomendable!! Lo eligeriamos otra vez si estamos en Algarve.

A estadia foi muito boa, a casa como nas fotos acolhedora com tudo o que precisávamos.A piscina que os miúdos adoraram. A sra Lídia que nos recebeu muito bem e a proprietária que foram 5* muito compreensiva e fizemos um check out tardio o que nos deu para aproveitar a piscina antes de ir. O nosso Zeca “ cão “ adorou imenso espaço para ele correr. O único inconveniente foram as formigas mas casa no campo é assim e depois das dicas da Sra Lídia lá se resolveu.Fomos 5 adultos com crianças e todos adoraram! Recomendo muito

Excellent stay
Lovely property, pool was wonderful in the hot temps!! The house was very well kitted out for a short stay. Beware the ants and mosquitos though (this is not the owners fault, they have lots of ant traps) but literally any crumb left on the counter had swarms of ants in seconds and we were all bitten to shreds by mosquitoes so take lots of insect repellent!!! Lidia was excellent and extremely helpful.

Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Pool
Wir waren eine Woche mit 7 und eine Woche mit 5 Personen in diesem schönen, großen Haus. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation waren prima. Super sejour
Maison très bien située pour partir vers plusieurs directions de lieux a visiter. Des supermarchés a 10mn 15mn en voiture. Environnement calme a la période ou nous étions . Maison spacieuse , bonne literie , coin détente auprès de la piscine et piscine trés agréable. La maison est bien équipée , en électroménager , vaisselle ,linge . Même en produits anti fourmis😁 car il est vrai qui en a pas mal,il ne faut juste pas laisser trainer de miettes ou de nourritures, rien de dramatique 🙂. Peut être revoir les pommeaux de douche et il manquerai des prises dans les salles de bain ou près des miroirs. Sinon ,informations, contact d avant arrivée top, et accueil sur place simple rapide et efficace. Nous conseillons cette location sans problèmes pour un agréable séjour en famille.

Villa et emplacement toujours au top !
Cela fait déjà 4 ans ( dont 3 de suites ) que nous venons dans cette villa et que dire de plus par rapport aux précédentes appréciations? que c est toujours au top, toujours très calme, belle vue dégagée sur les orangers, la villa est très agréable et fort bien aménagée, on s’y sent très bien, et la région de Carvoeiro est a mon sens l une des plus belle, magnifique littoral et préserver du tourisme de masse. Mireille ( propriétaire de la villa )toujours aussi sympathique et bienveillante de même pour Lydia et son mari ( les personnes qui nous accueillent a notre arrivée)! Mireille apporte tous les ans des améliorations a sa villa pour le bien être des vacanciers ! Continuez comme cela Mireille ! Jense que nous continueront de venir dans cette très belle villa. Très agréable
La maison est très agréable ainsi que ses extérieurs . Nous avons pu egalement profité de la piscine . la maison est très bien repartie et permet moment en groupe et moment seul. Maravillosa estancia en el Algarve

Toujours au top !
C est la 3eme fois que nous venons à la villa des Laranjas et que dire de plus par rapport aux précédents commentaires ? que la villa est toujours au top, l endroit toujours magnifique avec une quiétude très appréciable et d un calme incroyable ! La nouveauté est que la villa est équipée de climatisation dans chaque chambres qui est une plus vraiment appréciable et le petit restaurant à côté de la voie ferrée qui vient d ouvrir est vraiment très bien ( vous commandez la veille ce que vous voulez manger le lendemain et la patronne s execute et c est très bon pour un prix défiant toute concurrence : morue à bras pour 3 morue grillée pour 2 riz au fruits de mer pour 2 + dessert+ 2 sangrias+ 1 bouteille blanc et 1 rouge le tout pour 105€. ! ). La villa est tellement agréable que nous avons déjà réserver 3 semaines pour 2023 ! Merci encore pour tout Mireille ! A bientôt !

Super-Urlaub in traumhaft schöner Villa
Wir durften bereits zum dritten Mal in der wunderschönen Villa unseren Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus ist im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Aufenthalten sogar noch schöner und besser ausgestattet. (Barbecue, Außenmöbel, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern). Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten den Pool ausgiebig genießen und auf der schönen Terrasse frühstücken. Der Kontakt zu Mireille sowie Lidia vor Ort war wie in der Vergangenheit ausgezeichnet und überaus herzlich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Wonderful house
Quiet, spacious house and with beautiful views of the countryside near silves. The host mireille is one of the kindest person I’ve met and truly cares about the well being of her guest!
