Lake Front Chalet 9.4 miles to Clemson University

Waterfront with big water and mountain views located in a community of 30 unique cabins. Harbour Pointe is a community with 30 cabins that are close to one another. This makes for a great atmosphere for all that enjoy it responsibly. If you plan to have a party or do not believe you can enjoy this home responsibly during your stay, please do not book this cabin.

The community dock with your assigned boat slip is less than a 50 yard walk on level boardwalk at water’s edge that is accessed directly from your screened porch. Enjoy lake views and sunsets from your seat on the deck, the screened porch, or either of the main living areas.
The home is three stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably. The main level features a 50-inch TV over the gas fireplace, two bedrooms, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, and dining room table. The main level master bedroom has a king bed and 32-inch TV. The second bedroom on the main has a queen bed. The lower level is equipped with 50-inch TV, large sectional sofa, ping pong table, Pac-Man and Golden Tee arcade games, and room for entertaining. The lower level has incredible views and opens to a screened porch to further expand the entertaining area in all weather. The kids will love the lower level bedroom with 1 set of twin bunk beds and a twin over full with its own 40-inch TV. The loft is the fourth bedroom and has a king bed. The loft also has its own bathroom, big lake/mountain views and 40-inch TV.

Clemson University is 9.4 miles away, Downtown Greenville is 35 miles, and you’re less than 9 miles to the nearest grocery store. Warpath public boat landing is under a mile of the neighborhood. Fisherman will love the convenience of having easy access to this free boat ramp. Blue Ridge Mountains are nearby and provide endless hiking and waterfall outings.

There are several areas of the home to entertain, with each providing different settings:
- kitchen bar for cooking and entertaining opens to LR and deck area
- deck equipped with gas grill for outdoor dining/entertaining
- lower level area for watching sporting events, recreation and movie nights
- screened in porch for outdoor entertaining in any weather

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful weekend at this adorable chalet on the lake. We were in town to move our daughters back into Clemson University and this was a wonderful place to stay. We had lots of laughs on the deck and all slept well as the accommodations were wonderful. The host provided great communication, I definitely recommend this property!

Family friendly house

We loved the close location to the lake and it was nice having a boat slip available. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to kayaks and floats. The owner was available to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful neighborhood on the lake

Had a great time dropping our kids off at Clemson for their freshman year. The house has a beautiful view of the lake, and there’s great access for swimming and other water sports.

Perfect break from campus

Enjoyed a long weekend here while visiting our Clemson student. Very cozy, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to campus to be convenient, but far enough away to get her out of the college bubble for a bit. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break fun

We rented this cabin for a couple of days since we couldn't travel far due to the travel ball schedule. It was perfect! Very inviting and family-friendly. Has wonderful views of the lake and is a good setting to take a walk around the property or sit on the dock.

Great property. Great location. Great communication w owner. Jason literally has thought of everything. All possible amenities were provided down to the paddleboard...SO fun! Keowee is amazing & beautiful lake. Cabanas @ Lighthouse by boat was exceptional as well. Definitely planning a return visit when we can stay for an entire week.

Great Chalet on Lake Keowee

This was a great house and wonderful location - right on the lake. It was probably the cleanest VRBO house I have stayed in - no junk hidden under the sofas or behind the beds. The amenities were super - having paddle board, kayak and beach towels provided were an extra bonus. Jason was very responsive to our needs - definitely would stay again.
